Me has alegrado el día.
I remember back in 95 prior to the PlayStation/Saturn being released. I’d seen Ridge Racer in action on the PlayStation and wanted something similar. I was in university at the time and downloaded the Screamer demo from an FTP site, it took me a couple of days, this was on a unix based system so you could resume downloads. I tried it on my PC at the time and it was absolutely rubbish, low res graphics an abysmal frame rate, it was a million miles behind RR. I don’t think there was a PC at the time that could run it in high res mode. That experience convinced me to buy a PlayStation. I did return to the PC fold when 3d cards became a thing though.
Oh wow, I remember trying to play the Cyclemania demo from a PC Gamer disk and it not working for some reason :) I've been trying Screamer 2 off and on, and just cannot get a handle on how to control its drift on any of the tracks besides the city one. Only managed to unlock a single track, and that was more by luck than skill.
You should definitely make a video about the company "UPL" or "Universal PlayLand" They made games such as Mouser, Nova 2001, Ninja Kid, Penguin Wars, Rad Action, and ATOMIC ROBO KID. They're a very interesting and obscure company, and I think you should make a video about them! ^^
So, that was *not* "NASCAR Racing" by Papyrus. That's Bill Elliott's NASCAR Challenge, by Konami. NASCAR Racing came out in 1994 and was a much more advanced game.
screamer 1+2 were amazing, those graphics were very impressive at the time.
Grandes recuerdos con Big Red Racing, Death Rally y Carmageddon. Gran recopilación una vez más. Saludos
muy buenas Joyas retro..
Esperando siempre tus videos ! Excelentes juegos

Screamer looks like it came straight out of the 90s arcades!
Yeah, inspirerd by Daytona USA and Ridge Racer but with all software renderer

Excellent video. To me WipEout and Hi-Octane are missing in that video 😊

for Indy 500, why did you use the Amiga version? the MS-DOS only had PC Speaker
Slicks'n'Slide had a lot actually going on under the hood - a lvl up system etc. although looking very basic.
4:35 is Bill Elliott Nascar Challenge by DSI, not Nascar Racing.

Where is POD?
POD is a game that came out in 1997 for Windows. I don't think it has a DOS version.
