I remember finding all those other games tucked away on the Duke 3D CD when I was a kid. Raptor, Rise of the Triad, the first and 2nd Duke Nukem..... few more.... good times.... really want them back.
Me acuerdo cuando tenía mi 486, en ese entonces mis juegos favoritos eran alley cat, tower topplers, sim city, lemings, another world y eden blues, los jugaba en azul, rosa y blanco, porque no soportaba color verdadero, aun así eran excelentes juegos, no se como nadie ha hecho otra versión de alley cat, ese juego me desternillaba de risa u otro eden blues, quedaría bien para un survival.

Ese privateer 2....no estoy seguro pero creo que es un videojuego (o podría ser el 1) que llevaba años y años buscando, se asemeja a mis recuerdos, voy a echar un vistazo pero creo que me acabas de dar una alegría enorme.
Años buscando el biomenace, no recordaba ni los personajes ni la historia, pero si de las animaciones, nunca supe cómo buscarlo y al fin lo encontreeeee
Buena selección, varios de estos son originales de consolas. Hoy en día con retroarch, playnite y demás, la PC puede emular todo tipo de juegos existentes excepto PS4 y XBOX ONE en adelante, pero no es necesario ya que hay muy pocos juegos originales para esas consolas.
Gran compilación. Es interesante ver como en MS-DOS salían en el mismo año juegos desfasados tecnológicamente respecto a las consolas coetáneas como junto a juegos para los que hacía falta una generación de consolas más moderna.
Very good selection ! I am suprised you have selected my favorite plateformer on pc, Monster bash ! I replay on steam with the last version "monster bash hd'. (the garphics are in 256 colors ) I hope Bio Menace will have a new version too !
Nussa! Gostava muito dos jogos do DOS. Abusei bastante com um 386 DX-40 principalmente com Doom (sim, rodava no gargalo). Meu primeiro jogo de dos foi o Prince of Persia e o primeiro em CD foi DUNE.
Some notable items missing - Street Rod 2, The Incredible Machine, Lemmings, Simcity 2000 (There was a DOS version), Warcraft 2, Virtual Pool 2, Scorched Earth .... lots of gems missing, but I understand you have to cut the list somewhere.
Afaik Alien Rampage was a prototype for a Duke Nukem sequel. However it was later developed as a separate game. Also, Jazz Jackrabbit, Commander Keen and Raptor were my childhood

Interesting list. Lots of Doom clones. Quite a few obscure title I never heard of. You could’ve snipped all the pinball games that looked exactly the same. But best of MSDOS…. Without any Sierra games represented is a travesty. Space Quest, Police Quest, Kings Quest, Leisure Suit Larry, Gabriel Knight all deserve a place. Zork was huge. Tex Murphy games, Dark Forces, Earthwork Jim, 7th Guest…. Shoot. I think I need to make my own list.
el problema es que ya han jugado muchos juegos, lo mejor es darle un respiro de par de años y vas a ver como te dejan de aburrir...sumandole que ahora nos bombardean con cosas nuevas cada mes...con el nuevo AAA "revolucionario" el mejor de la historia, hasta el proximo mes que sale el nuevo "AAA" cambiavidas

7:34 AFTER ALMOST 25 YEARS... I FINALLY track down the shooter game that was on my Grade 8 classroom's one single computer. So hard to narrow things down when you don't know the name - but THERE IT IS. Whoa, brings back memories.
Hace tiempo ando buscando un juego arcade que en el intro mostraban a unos niños (o jovenes) que eran convertidos en creo que eran lobos por un mago y el intro tenia la musica clasica del "El algo de los cisnes, la danza de los pequeños cisnes" obvio en versión midi. Si tienen alguna idea del juego mencionado agradecería su apoyo mencionándolo como respuesta.
De niño jugaba a un juego parecido al Stargunner en cuanto a estilo y que la nave venia de la izquierda de la pantalla como el juego mencionado, en el primer nivel el jefe era un craneo gigante, en la intro del juego aparecia el rostro de un payaso que seria de alguna compañia, sabes qur juego podría ser? Do you know about Super Street Fighter II Turbo for DOS? It's vastly superior to all other DOS versions of Street Fighter II. In fact, it is so good that I actually prefer it over the arcade version

Totalmente mágico que en 5 aburridos diskets estaba la obra maestra de Monkey Island 2

aaaaah.... the memories... so many good games before the internet era, played almost them all thanks to the shareware discs and floppys
I had mega man x and super street fighter 2 for DOS, along with a Capcom 6 button pad back in the mid 90s. Lots of fun.
