AJ - I found dipping the cauliflower in plant milk and then in a oatflour and water mix like a pancake batter with onion powder etc and then bake at 450 for 40 minutes - turn cook additional 15 minutes and make up orange or bbq sauce baste the cauliflower and return to oven for 15 minutes. Amazing.
I love Brittany and her recipes, both the new ideas like these cauliflower bites and her skillful and loving adaptations of traditional family recipes. I also choose to purchase her group membership. For just $10 a month we get new recipes before they are published, a monthly live cooking class, a music playlist, a fun art project (she’s trained as an art teacher) and more. Just like the current bundle, the Jaroudi Family membership is an incredible bargain!
I successfully downloaded to computer and to a flash drive. Today, I was able to search for this recipe on the bundle and print it out. Yeah, success!! Thank you, Chefs!!
I noticed in the chat that everyone was asking where you get ginger juice. Just grate some ginger and squeeze the juice out of it...or put some ginger in a magic bullet and blend until smooth.
Love cauliflower too! Fresh or frozen. Most of the time I’m lazy and not going to wait to roast it, so I’ll just steam it up and then pour the sauce on!
Thank you! If one were going to throw some whole ginger in the Vitamix instead of ginger juice, any suggestion for about how much to equal a quarter teaspoon of juice? half teaspoon?

Thanks for the variation. My hubby would get excited on this for Super Bowl!!

She’s awesome!
How about seeds to replace the beans?
Could you kindly post the link to the bundle. Thank you.
You are looking particularly good, AJ.
Ginger juice-Asian isle of grocery store.
What did she say her salad dressing was she makes?. First part of it cut off. Heard the CA balsamic, but missed the word right before it.
1/4 cup hummus, 1 Tbsp CA Balsamic, 1 tsp stone ground mustard.
@@TheJaroudiFamily Thank you so much!!
What is NHA that Brittany is referring to?
It makes me so mad that I can not have citrus, so this recipe would be out, and I can't have ginger either.
