Just so you know you didn’t need tweezers to take the fuse out LOL the little yellow thing next to the fuse box is what you use to remove them.

And where do you plug the thing you unplugged when you put the yellow piece back in

It could also be your clock spring inside your steering wheel. I replaced the horns and the fuses and it still won't work but when I hit the panic button the alarm activates my horns. Which tells me the problem is inside the steering wheel. Anyways, thank you for your service 🇺🇲
