    Congrats on the weight loss! Was it hard to get used to sticking to your macro/calorie limits? I found that to be the hardest part!

      I was very determined so I don’t want to say it was easy, however it came pretty naturally for me because I was so focused. Determination, discipline and consistency is what lead to my success for sure!

      Tbh it’s not boba to me unless it has the tapioca and that’s the only part I’d ever really miss. Otherwise I can make high protein milk tea or any drink high protein!

      I do have recipe videos on my TikTok though. Like my famous lasagna or my a high protein strawberry short cake cup or my daily yogurt parfait!

      Shoulder press at 30lbs is a lot! I only do 22lbs each on the shoulder right now. Chest press I can do 35🥰. Also everyone advances at a different rate! You are doing great for you!
