Thanks for posting, I found this video after making the purchase of my 2015 S550 with 16k miles. The car is in excellent condition I love it. It’s a beautiful car, I’m trying to learn it. I’m switching from a 2012 BMW 740i that we’ve had for 9 years.
Bro simpler situation I had a 2012 535 the engine blow on mi in late June… the 5th rod bearing flew off and buss the oil pan…. I still have the car but gotta put a engine in it…. I brought my s550 in July and luv it best car on the market by far…. And a chick magnet 😊

Great video Andre. I am currently looking for a 2015-2017 S550. I think the sport package and driving assistance package is a must. But its so hard to find one with the options I like but don’t need (Night Vision, 3D Sound). Even the ones I find are missing a few things. I actually don’t want MBC because I feel like its much harder to deal with than Airmatic despite the better ride.
@@12masterr if the suspension button on the center console says ABC and if there are two additional cameras on the windshield, it has MBC. If not, it has airmatic. Also, 4Matic cars all came with airmatic.
Have you ever driven one or even been in one? You can't compare this limousine with your average toyota compact car. Every fancy car will be expensive to own and maintain!
The only difference that i know of is that the 2016 shows the speed limit of the road you are on in the dash. You should check on forums about other differences if there are any
I have an 11 E350 Bluetec. Power wise it’s very comparable to your car and I get what your saying about the speed. The older CDI is the same. Feels like a freight train. I just got a ticket for 63 in a 40 to prove it. 😩Also, I have the dynamic seating in my E class as well. That bolstering is the TRUTH. Good luck with your S Class. Nice car! ✊🏿
It's hard to tell. Depends on what you need. Depends if you go to a dealer or not. Oil It's around 100$ non dealer. Brakes around 900$ non dealer and over 2k at dealer. Windshield wipers are 200$. Idk other things and again depends what you need.
In south alabama where i live, there are no mechanics that can work on these cars, not even a simple oil change. Plus i saw a huge depreciation coming so i didn't want to take a bigger hit than i yook already
Are you serious? Kid, pls don’t compare any genesis with S class. This 2015 class is better than 2023 genesis. I’m sure you never drove S-Class. The Best or NOTHING. Cheers!
I bought a 2016 S550 a month ago.54,800 miles for $35,800. One owner. Immaculate. I love it. I don't like the two spoke steering wheel so i fabricated a third spoke. It looks like came from the factory with the third spoke.

It is very fancy and premium, but the shape of it? The fact is just a 2 spoke it's a little weird
