I think you’re right. I felt so sorry for John (or Jahn?) at first, but not so much any more. He may or may not be able to take time off work, but I don't think it's right for him to be difficult and controlling about my plan when he made the choice to go to work instead of making me feel welcome. If he wants to control me so much, then I would like that boyfriend to entertain me during my stay.

I think you’re right. I felt so sorry for John (or Jahn?) at first, but not so much any more. He seems like he could have a very controlling side and even though Sprite isn’t particularly likeable so far, I think it’s a bit scary that John thinks so little of his efforts to find work connections for something he’s obviously worked very hard at in a very competitive career field. Even though he should have called John I can see that Sprite might actually not be too far wrong when he said he wanted him to be his “house bitch.” I’m definitely not #TeamJite so far 😬😬😬!!
