For this you have to do free surface flow study. Or if you want to do study for stangnat fluid with floating body then you can floow the same tutorial with a floating body having lower density than water.

I just want to know that how to connect a water tank over a simple structure and put earthquake data in it......can it be done in transient analysis or I have to use fluent? Can you help me out ?
@@souravmandal3638 it will not be done only by transient structural analysis(I guess you are talking about transient structural). You have to coulpe the fluent with this so that the cfd part will solved by the same and coupled with the transient structural.

Previously I have tried to do coupled analysis but I guess it has not been done properly. can you help me out to understand how to connect a very very simple 3d building with tank over it and analyse putting a earthquake data and see water sloshing and deformation reduction.
