That was fun! I agree it looks like a performance art exhibition. It reminds me of Manet's Le Dejeuner sur l'herbe, with the nude staring at the viewer. But she's not passive - she is daring us to react, and then dismissing our reaction.
Saw her at a live show a few months back, and (as good as the album version is), her live performance is un-fk'n-believable! She (and the band as a whole) has sooo much charismas and... EVERYTHING!! One of my go-to examples whenever anyone starts bitching and moaning about how "there's no good music now days," about how they couldn't be more wrong. *See also... Amigo, the Devil...
