great update. however HDR is not blending the photos properly creating a headache and over lapping several of the photos. Luminar Neo tech support is aware of the issue. they don't have a fix right now. I have to Merge photos ONE SET AT THE TIME. Increasing my time to edit them. before it will take me 30 minutes from uploading photos to edit. Now is double to triple the amount for 50 merge photos. I use Luminar Neo for Real Estate Photography. PLEASE FIX IT ASAP. I don't want to switch to Lightroom.
since the update when i use my presets the software freezes on me. is there an easy way to remove all of my presets rather than one by one? the update also created a freezing problem when i use free crop mode.
I tried the software, didn’t care for the results and it’s very slow. I asked a for a refund the same day I bought. Been a week almost and no refund and support stopped responding.
Disappointing that the Auto Alignment in HDR Merge doesn't work with single images. I tried it on a RAW file without any tweaking in Develop RAW, then tried again after tweaking the Auto Align in Develop RAW. It worked OK with the tweak but after putiing it through HR Merge it ignored the adjustment and produced the HDR image with the verticals as per out of camera
Wow. Good catch. I will share that with the team. It makes no sence that it doesn't do that. Just a side note, you can still use the align function in the Develop tool after you merge the file. I am not sure if it's as good as the HDR Merge, but it's an option.
@@CleverPhotographer Yes, either that or save the file before opening in HDR merge - it will work that way as this is what I usually do before putting into merge.....which is why I was excited to see the issue resolved -----sadly not for single images!!!
the worst update ever. Now the program is so slow that you can no longer work with it. It also crashes all the time, especially when cropping. Too bad I only bought it recently. This update has made it unusable.

Curious, under each of the presets you have a slider to adjust the strength.I don't see that until after I apply the preset. Is that an option?
Hi will they ever make it easy to do watermark for your photos, or we just going to do the long way of placing watermark on the photos

@CleverPhotographer In your Autumn Bundle, is there a preset similar to the Autumn Matte shown in your video?
The Moody Autumn should be similar.
@@CleverPhotographer Ok thanks!
