Making it now... Using my stand mixer the batter is light and fluffy. This is seriously the best cake! Wow. Thanks for the recipe.. I doubled the recipe and also mixed in raisins + a small amount of yeast mixture at the end because I wanted it to rise a little. It was super sweet I might reduce the sugar a bit nex time
