For baking powder and cornflour can you please give exact measurements in grams. In spoon measurements not sure if heaped spoon or level spoon. Makes a difference in the final outcome of the cake. Thanks for your lovely effort and video.

Making cakes you hv to use exact measurements and ingredients to get that particular cake sister. If you tend to change the ingredients it will be a totally different cake which will require diff measurements according to what other ingredients you take. Difficult to advice furthermore i havent done it that way.

Maybe you can try to convert to cup measurement yourself sis. Maybe google can help. Thousand apologies sis. 🙏
You can try adding like 2 to 3 tbsp of rum and reduce the water accordingly. Or else bake first then apply or pour rum on top of the cake after poking it a bit with a skewer. Both ways will be good
Hi . I have not done that. But if you like try adding from 1 to 3 tbsp of rum or brandy while soaking the fruits in warm butter n milk mixture. Or maybe just brush or poke little holes on top and pour the alcohol after baking. Good luck.

Condensed milk is memang pekat. The other one is susu cair ( evaporated milk)

Punitha , i use fan setting to bake this. Preheat the oven just 10mins before putting in d cake.

Hi sis. Let it cool completely and try to cut it bigger pieces. Yes its a bit crumbly since no eggs. You can add flour if you like
