I desperately want a pair of Nick's boots. The craftsmanship is just amazing to me
get a ready to ship pair skip the wait
@@Shaboomquisa if they have a pair I like I Def will!! I e always had the $175 to $400 price range boots, but really want a pair of Nick's. Hopefully by April I can order a pair!
@Kentucky Beardsman Do it as soon as you can. I ordered mine last September and they're only a little over a couple weeks out from production now. Really can't wait till they get here. Also ordered a heritage belt that's being shipped now so really a happy guy!
@@turbulent_theory2674 I hoping to find a pair that are in the ready to ship section. If not yeah the wait is crazy long. Appreciate your opinion and input man🤝🏻
Some Nick's Chukkas would be epic.
Great looking pair.
The person sewing seemed like someone doing this for years, great mastery.
Watching the gal sew at the beginning is always something to see. You have to be good at what your doing when you are doing. I really like the rough-out leather as well...Another nice video..
Yet another great creation.
Beautiful shoes!❤
Wife just bought me a pair of Riverfronts as a graduation gift for nursing school (RN). They should get here almost exactly when I take the NCLEX and get licensed. Literally cannot wait.
Good job.
Who ever lasted this pair looks like a very skilled craftsman. 👍
*Amazing video! I love all the different sounds of the boot making process! At **2:15** is that layers of glue on the table? The texture is interesting.*
Отличный Брэнд! Сотрудники Профессионалы своего дела!👍👍👍
I got a number 8 Americana pretty rare nowadays. boots only get better the more you wear them
Nailed it!
Rico, suáve...
...sorry Toby🤣
I love it
Sick hidden video transition at 22:11
Super 😍
Gorgeous! Bravo! Size 10 please!
When is Nick's going to make leather work jackets?

22:15 ... that guy, his WD40, and his beast machines rule!
Love the workmanship. Nicks should make a smaller Chelsea boots like Jim Green Stockman.
Hello! I have a rapid e, and it is a little redone, I can’t figure out how the wax is heated, can you please show how it is with you? Thank you!
😍😍😍
Супер)) 💣💣💣👍👍👍
Do you guys sell the shoes too? I desperately need some new work shoes and these look like they would be perfect. I love my boots but I can't cope with them in the hot summers here.
*Yup 😊 The link is in the video description! They're amazing looking shoes!*
👍👍👍
Do they make a very low, almost zero drop lasted boot? I’ve never understood the high arch. Our feet balance better with little or no arch-has to do with the brain receiving signals so my podiatrist says
if only the belts didnt look like ray charles finished the ends
Im just curious why don't you have to wait after putting the contact cement on before pulling the leather around or is it just the power of editing and we don't see you guys wait? is this stuff different then normal contact cement?
They definitely shave bits down, or we'd be watching hours work we don't see.
Power of editing 😂 They have to sit 10-30 minutes depending on the part of the process (to qualify myself, I edited the video)
@@cameronwertenberger8941 *Did you really edit this video? lol 😅🤔*
What kind of pliers are used at 9:25-9:35 ?
Lasting pliers
What leather option is this?
Probably brown rough out.
Them nails!
I've seen many people comment that leaving stitching exposed under the sole is a "bad thing". I know nothing of boot making and assume there's a really simple reason. Or everyone with a pair of Nick's with exposed stitching would be here in the comments asking for a refund lol.
The way we stitch it makes it so when the thread exposed on the bottom is worn away, there is no difference in the structure of the boot, the hold from the stitch is not dependent on the bottom!
@@nicksboots i learnted something from this! Boots and all footwear can have Open ans Closed channel sole stitching! And apparently, the way Nick's does it is more rugged and durable versus when they hide the stitches.
The reason why you heard it is bad is because exposed stitching on the sole can also mean the shoe is made with a blake construction. This is a less durable and watertight construction compared to other popular constructions like goodyearwelt, rapid blake and stitchdown/stormwelt etc. These boots are not blake stitched but the outer sole is stitcht to the midsole. This makes the outsole less likely of peeling of even though this step is not neccesary because the outer sole is very easily reglued. It is just an extra perk of durabillity.

first
First douche bag. Certainly not the last
I just don't like the look of the double stitch ! For me, it makes the boot/shoe look too wide.
That is the dumbest complaint I have ever heard about a leather shoe. They will probably make you a pair single stitch but you aren't gonna buy those either so stfu.
Aldert Strider correct?
Could be , would’ve been nice if they told us!

This but with a different outsole :)
