Я покупал на Логана штампованые диски российского производства. Привез на шиномантажку проверить. И был в шоке, что такое гавно могут вообще продавать, все четыре восьмеркой и яйцом. Вернул обратно, забрал деньги и купил с рук б/у реновские родные 😊. Так что у нас в России примерно также делают, только на станках и под контролем ОТК

С металлом работают, и все практически без перчаток🙈 хоть сварщик в сланцах...
Ну что сказать... Кустарщина конечно. Но ездить наверное можно. Где они станки то берут? И пресс и раскатной. Это же производственное оборудование. Приватизировали с завода?
М.б. что то в стиле- китайский завод отработал свое за 10-20 лет- продали оборудование на чермет. Дальше станок отработал следующие 10-20 лет на подпольном заводе где нибудь в деревне, там же в Китае. И наконец как чермет, попал сюда. Восстановили как смогли, и начали работать.
На рубке пуансон закусывает деталь. И это ещё работает????

Более чем серьёзное, промышленный уровень. Интересно тесты на прочность как проводились? Судя по тому что геометрию диска проволочкой проверяют, кроме кувалды другого оборудования нет.
Если они это делают, значит есть спрос, подозреваю, что это для сельской техники, работающее на поле.

Маска в отличии от щитка портит прическу, и не сочетаеться с тапочками!
At 7:47 he has two floating/hanging bolts to catch the die and lift it off the workpiece, presumably so he doesn't have manually pick it up each time. I'm watching as he reaches under it to load/unload parts as that 60lb die dangles two feet over his fingers, with just those two bolts slid up and over the flange of the ram. If he was a little hungover or in a rush and didn't get one of those pushed in far enough, his fingers are going to be like schnitzel before it's breaded and fried. They could so easily use that stick welder and some of that scrap plate steel to add mating brackets to the ram and die, like a bayonet type connection.
And that shear press that cuts the corners off the hub plate needs a work stop that keeps the plate from lifting up off the work surface. Literally just two bits of scrap clamped or welded to the table, and he wouldn't have to pry the partially cut corners off every part. He also wouldn't have to have his hands in there fighting to keep the material aligned and against the table.
For the stick welder, they could easily just weld his face/eye shield to a little stand, so he can set it between him and the work. Then he would be more likely to use it if he just has to duck behind it to strike an arc. Picking up the shield and setting it down is costing him a ton of extra movements, and in my experience people tend to skip inconvenient extra steps when they're in a hurry. All of these things could be accomplished in an hour or so, and I think would pay for themselves within the day they were implemented.
And the best part is they could do it themselves using the tools in the shop, without buying anything expensive
Or he could not do it and starve to death with his wife and childeren.

So many of these videos have the same things in common, no one seems interested in productivity or efficiency so the workers spend most of their time picking stuff up off the ground or walking from one station to the next. It would have to be more efficient to place the worker welding the rim ends together next to the person heating the rims with the oxy and put him next to the person rolling the welds flat. It would certainly save a lot of oxy / acetylene reheating. I certainly admire their work ethic and skills but I think a lot of these young guys are going to have hearing and vision impairment problems at a young age and will probably be missing a digit or two as well.

I like ever thing abt the video but the shop is not clean no apron no welding glows no safety hand glows no safety shield to protect eyes while grinding no safety shoes and most important welding helmet to make this video great you have to work on safety

it is not that safety glasses are expensive But these are trained in this way they dont feel need to wear . i am sure they had glasses and face shields ...

No one can accuse them of not being hard working. They might lack the tools in some areas but they don't seem to lack the skill and pride in their work. But I’m an ex chef with a law degree, so I could easily be wrong.
The end product looks good, a solid tractor rim, but I wonder what their accident statistics are like.
No guards, no safety glasses, sandals when welding. Hardly even a welding helmet. Electric wires laying all over. Pinch points everywhere. I'm going to say high very high. But this is why you can get stuff way cheaper from other countries.
They look over engineered for weight but not sure about the high speed welds.

Amazing and Truly Hard Working people of Pakistan. It would have been nice if the factory owner provided safety equipment, and build the factory to international standards. I am from Pakistan, and I have personally seen general laborers working 16 hours per day, and building top quality Houses, Marble floors, high ceiling, beautiful mansions, but they get paid very little, the middleman, or the contractor, makes millions, while these laborers who do most of the work, make $5 to $7 per day, mostly and sadly.
You are absolutely right. These people are undoubtedly very handy, capable. But business owners don't value them at all, they just exploit them, they treat them inhumanly, worse than animals. It would be appropriate to publish where the working conditions are so appalling. Public condemnation of such treatment.
Im curious... I ve seen a few videos like these and i see a few trends. No floor. they work on the ground . working on the floor,, are work tables not common or favoured? past that. PPE or lack of. Im guessing that labour laws are laxed or none existent. but... eyes and fingers don't grow back. nether will lungs after smelling fumes and dust.
Aside that these folks are quite skilled and know very well how to do their jobs. I wish them the best... and Protective equipment.
My father developed lumps and Tar in his lungs after working for many years as a Welder without respirator or mask.
Not sure if these rims are safe to use considering these are made from rusted recycled sheet metal.

The shear press guillotine cutting the 4 corners off needs some attention to make it sharp again. The ragged edges hinder the operation all the way. The welder has to try and sort it out and then tidy things up with the angle grinder
