Umm just realized that I forgot about frickin Origin Dialga & Palkia lol. Origin Dialga would be #1 with an average of 113.3 and Origin Palkia would be #3 with an average of 103.3. New Hisui average is 100.6, which would still be #11 in the final regional ranking

I consider them Hisui and not Sinnoh since they are from PLA and not DPP or BDSP
