I think it was smart to put a lot of lip products. You can’t really go wrong with it shade wise (not like skin products). I do think they could’ve added a bit more eye products though
YSL understand the Advent Calendar assignment. Yes place the stickers on the box and not as a gift. Only thing missing is a candle.❤️

For those wondering about the reds. First and foremost, YSL and that’s Yves Saint Laurent’s favorite color was red. It was his signature color. Second, French women are not afraid of using red and tend to use it as a cosmetic stable because it is incredibly simple but the moment you put it on you are done anf their makeup style is usually simple.
Or the color of Christmas?
I like the packaging and the contents. All items were useful and most were full size. Not sure if the value of the contents equals to $300, but it's a good advent calendar (unlike the useless junk from Chanel)
I’m so glad that I released myself from the shackles of Chanel 😂and started following YSL a little bit more closely. I thought against buying the Chanel after their bizarre price increases and bought a YSL envelope. Beautiful amazing quality! The brand is really shining in comparison to others these days.
YSL is one of the main fashion houses in France and unlike Chanel that believes their hype too much decided to continue with quality rather than quantity. Chanel doesn’t really respect their customers.
YSL quality and value is so much better than Chanel’s.
This is sold out in Canada at $395, but worth it for all of the full-size lip products. I am a big lip product lover (especially the French brands), so this is right up my alley! So much better than the Chanel advent calendar, which was such a disappointment for the big price tag!
Can't believe that costs less than half that terrible Chanel calender. This is way better value

This was a great one- I appreciate the beautiful thoughtful packaging and that they actually included product instead of random freebies they have lying around. I still can’t believe Chanel sold you stickers and tween friendship bracelet thingies for $800+. You could have bought a beautiful pair of Louboutains or whatever fave designer shoes you love with that kind of money :/
Easily the best advent calendar so far. YSL were my favourite as a teen & they haven't slipped yet I love the perfumes & the detail & quality of their lipsticks. Especially the silver /red star case.

I think this calendar was the best, and my favorite product is mascara, it is expensive but I bought a set at the nordstrom anniversary special and I got two full-size mascara and a very nice cosmetic bag as a gift

Such a fan of your videos, Cindy! I am usually a silent watcher, but I definitely had to comment for this beauty advent calendar video. I am a huge lipstick junkie and this advent calendar would be one I would most likely purchase if it was available! This set appears to be more “bang for your buck”; versus the Chanel calendar that seemed to have an appeal for a collector that loves Chanel as a brand.

This has been my favorite calendar so far! I'm sad it's sold out! All the beautiful lipstick! My favorite product is Black Opium. It's a perfect fall/winter scent.

YSL has a lovely Advent Calendar this year with products to give to friends or use. The Chanel sticker Advent Calendar was rather useless for those of us over 5 years of age. Reminded me of the star stickers I loved in the early 1950's. My favourite product is the Rouge Volupte Shine, oil in stick lipstick. I need to order more. Only use lipstick for a special event because of wearing a mask in public.
Any makeup product you open to the air begins their shelf life regardless of if it’s mascara, lipstick, skincare or perfume 😉😉
