The Pip-Boy is a computer, not a phone.
No filly is not a map from fallout four, the series takes place after the end of fallout four and also is in California not Boston.
Ghouls are essentially immortal, they heal automatically are very tough and radiation resistant.
Why is anyone surprised The Ghoul stabs the dog, it attacked him first.
Yes stim-pacs heal you just like in the game.
