2 buy windows pro 11 key that simple.
3 doesn't really matter.
4 useless no need for it.
5 just download them click exe not hard thing to do.
6 blue stack should install work without needing to do anything unless you using it on laptop that has hybrid graphics.
7 just keep backup of all your files no need for recovery software.
8 window will automatically detect that you have nvme sdd any defraging you attempt to do will automatically be changed to trim.

Maybe a quick and basic video about undervolting? I know you can't do it on some of the prebuilts, but there are probably situations where it could be useful for the rest of us. And if there are any situations where it would not be useful.
My my I have been using this for years. It’s a brilliant collection of tools to say the least. Brilliant thing is Sergei keeps updating it. Awesome

This is a good tool kit. But, if anyone here is on a slow internet connection and/or has limited free disk space, you need to know that this ISO is a 3.9 GB download.
Some feedback for you: You spent way too much time on installing Rufus (I understand that it is helpful to show how to install the WinPE ISO). But, as has been mentioned by a number of others here, nowhere near enough time spent on describing the most useful tools in this ISO.
I am suggesting that you do make another, longer video describing the best utilities on this ISO. Also, a link in the decryption to directly download Sergei Strelec's WinPE would have saved us time, and potentially saved others from a potential virus infected version of it from a simple Google search.

It's Russian and it's a password protected download which is extremely suspicious as you can't scan a password protected file. Also anything promoting Russian software is a risk as their taxes goes directly to the Russian terrorist state.
What i read the creator is based in Ukraine.
His page was unavailable for a long time probably because of the difficult situation there.
Good to see he is ok and back with an update of his fantastic WinPe tool.
been using Strelec for years. recently started to use Ventoy and added a Strelec ISO for a nice 1 2 punch

Hey Ben, I watch your channel all the time and I always find it to be useful. I have a system that's encrypted with Veracrypt. Would any USB solution like this work to diagnose problems or would the drive have to be decrypted first?
To fix windows problem, you would need to decrypted drive first
@@Britec09 Yeah that's what I figured. I wonder if I could even image an encrypted drive. Encryption becomes a problem when it comes to accessing the drive offline and the only way to decrypt a drive is if it's working. In the case of mechanical failure you're just screwed. Password resets, data recovery, all impossible. There is a Verycrypt rescue disk that will allow drive decryption for such purposes though.
@@jTheDigitalDoctor You can image an encrypted disk. It creates an encrypted image.
The disk can be decrypted offline so long as you use the same tool that was used to encrypt it, or at least another tool that supports the same encryption method. You'll need an offline copy of the encryption key.

Can this be done on a partitioned section of a drive or do you need to use the hole drive for this install and then partition the drive after.

Save your data and simply clean reinstall operating system and programs.
If your XPS13 can be upgraded install a PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD, you will be a rock star. (I read the latest XPS13 model cannot upgrade RAM and storage)
Are those programs in the normal versions or is it somehow cracked? I wouldn't want to use it in professional setting if it's not all off the shelf software without any legal issues attached.
So whats better Medicat in your last video or this Sergei WinPE toolkit? Or a different toolkit?

Having a toolkit is one thing but able to use it is another kettle of fish.

Over 40 years, I have had an abundance of emergency floppys, disc, drives etc. I never needed one, ever. Not a single time.

Majorgeeks (ancient and reputable) has hosted it for a while. I keep a variety of .isos on a Ventoy USB and this is a favorite. I keep Linux .isos too so in case one doesn't detect wifi drivers I can use the other to copy data to online storage.

The thing is you can use Ventoy to put the ISO file on the USB and then boot from there

My Lenovo Laptop would not recognise this USB, though it recognises & boots from the Acronis back up I have on USB.
Used Rufus, MBR & NTFS settings

Downloaded few versions and cannot open any of them - 7-ZIP recognizes the ''rar" file and asks for password (it shoud be "strelec") in order to open it or extract it, but the attempt ends up with "error, cannot open the compressed file".

Any other source for win10 22H22 than strelec?Site kicked me out when I tried to download. WOULDN'T LOAD ANYMORE. I suspect no credentials what so ever /on fresh PC .

Brian, I'm about to create the Strelec USB tool. QUESTION: once I've got it done, how can I go to a new computer and install windows 10 from the Strelec bootable drive? Do you have a video on the subject? If not, can you refer me to one?
A friend has a new Windows 11 computer and wants to have it be a Windows 10 computer.
sanman187 I'm just Playing with mine and I'm doing the same thing I hate windows 11 MIcrosoft has gone insane and it just pisses me off that I had to register my new computer just to log into the system. I'm not sure if you can hand off the winPE to win10 but you can use it to format the disk then instal win10 from the ventoy I am almost thinking of doing a dual boot but maybe not I really hate the user interface because it is so washed out. I have been using Shell and i just discovered a new app called Aero tweaker which has a couple hundred settings i like the file manager to look like WinXP because it has lots of contrast and you can adjust the fonts to BIG because I'm so blind look for that or look at the video here on youtube where they show what it does. cheers

@@sanman187- I'm not ready to pull my new machine down yet but I suggest when you do the machine your working on get the windows key for the switch it will save a hastle and it should work because windows reads the MB serial from the bios. There is no full windows 10 on strelicks disk, so you need a windows 10 copy if you don't have one there is a MS home one for free at microsoft thats what i'm using, I'm just a squid so I just bungle around till i get stuff to work but I think this should work Ive not worked with windows 10 too much but It may be possible to try a dual boot system with 11 and 10 ive done them with win10 & win7 and it worked fine. @@sanman187- Hey there thats what I did last month I think if ya know what your doing that media creation tool can build a windows pro version too but then you need the Pro key and it don't matter that much to me I think the big pro features have to do with network set up and I'm lost at all of that shit LOL. I already had my win10 in the ventoy along with streiliks Iso. Its was too hard to read for me but got the impression that streilks kit might build what ever version you want but I'm 74 I might pass on before i cold read them instructions. After creating the USB boot drive, my antivirus program identified 28 threats, including 5 high threats (trojans or viruses). Is it really safe to use these tools?

There are NO viruses in the assembly. There are SFX archives, which contain programs, compiled batch files, specific programs for PC maintenance, etc., to which different antiviruses react in different ways.
If your antivirus detects a virus, and you trust it, or panic, the advice is standard, DO NOT USE MY ASSEMBLY. Make a conscious choice. The assembly is made mainly for people involved in PC maintenance, that is, for those who are in the subject. These people understand all the specifics of PC maintenance programs, the specifics of the WinPE assembly and its structure, and, accordingly, the reaction of antiviruses.
Can you make a video on how to reset passwords, using the lock smith program.
If you reset the password, will it cause any of the files to be deleted? Or will it just delete the password 🤔

Why is Strelec's download password protected? As implied by Britec around the @4:00 mark, that's sometimes flagged by antivirus programs for good reason. I'm not installing any program that's password protected as that's how viruses are installed.

@@Britec09 Pretty sure much of this is far worse than a mere "false positive".. (allways has been on these..) i use ventoy/iso, or windows defender removes a lot of the programs.. Also, programs like paragon aren't free.. so you kind of promoting piracy here too.. I'd be.. cautious with this product.... It's great tho...
