One of the most comprehensive reviews and training on drills and feels and a slight lesson in the end. You continue to be brilliant at explaining things in any manner and it not be longwinded or excessive. Thanks as always for the good work
I purchased it last week, and have already done a long practice session with it. The wrist cup device is an absolute game-changer! I highly recommend this device!
Agreed the videos they include are brutal. For $200 they should be embarrassed on the lack of information. No instructions with different clubs, fades vs draws, etc.
Well about time someone has caught on. I have been a shanker for years so I gave up golf for 8 years. On my return I studied how to strike the ball better. Stage 1: every one says cock wrists at top of swing (left wrist flat). HOLD the angle until late as possible, back came the shanks. Stage 2: don’t hold angles, just let arms flow. Worked better. Stage 3: forget the left arm/wrist. Stage 4: hold the right wrist back at top (holding waiter tray) as per this video and let right wrist bring club into back of ball and thru. RESULT: THIS KEEPS RIGHT ELBOW FORWARD, GETS SHAFT LEAN AT IMPACT, AUTOMATICALLY ROTATES LEFT WRIST/FOREARM WITHOUT THINKING ABOUT SQUARING CLUB FACE. IT JUST HAPPENS BECAUSE OF RIGHT WRIST STRAIGHTENING. WELL DONE GUYS. GOOD TO SEE SOMEONE WITH SMARTS. NOTE: If the current idea of cocking wrists and holding into impact creates off plane strikes eg shanking etc.
Coach this session (as with all your lessons) was brilliantly explained. I will order this today. Thank you for who you are and all you do. You are the best coach ever!
Hits his first ball at the 17:20 mark. However, MARK is spot on. This is a really good training aid. Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it. Most people never feel what it is like to come into the ball shallow. This device gives you that elusive feeling.
Thanks for this review Mark. I got this just recently after watching your Top 10 training aids video (thanks for that). It arrived today and I'm excited about the potential. Club face control is my biggest issue - on a bad day I really feel like I don't know how to move to get the right strike (and I'm a 4 handicap!). So this just feels like the right kind of tool to help me ingrain the right feeling. Is it expensive - yes, and that price did give me pause before buying. But at the same time, we're all spending 400-500 on a driver that won't send the ball to the right place because we're not swinging correctly and we're very proud to show off our new toys, so I figure it's a better investment to improve my swing as a first priority. And if it helps, I don't begrudge the sellers making a very decent profit, why should I care I'll just be grateful. I've only done a few ball-free swings in the garden with it so far (which seems like a good thing to do as a matter of course with this aid to train the feel) and it really is making me go to positions I wouldn't normally get to, and this feels good. I might report back once I've got it to the range and seen the effect on strike and trajectory!
Your affiliate link deducts exactly 0$ after clicking it 😀. Sounds like something I would benefit from. But at 240$ after shipping/ taxes it is tough to click the “order now” button.
I purchased my ProSendr 3 weeks ago and i found that it has helped me more then my 3 previous lessons with a coach. And i can use this any time i want. I think this is the best training aid out there and if mine was to break i would spend the $250+ Canadian to purchase again. Great video Mark.
@solomva yes with Shipping and tax it is closer to $300. Yes its steep but a lesson is $150 depending on where you go. So for me the buying the ProSendr was better because anytime I am struggling I can pull it out of golf bag and use it.
I can appreciate that. The product has been out since February. By now, its manufacturing cost should have been reduced, regardless of where it’s made - likely China. It’s significantly over-priced. Woods and Foley are both Cdn but they are marketing to the US market with a stronger dollar and free shipping, while Cdns pay almost double. 👎
I use this thing today, and it was brilliant! I have really struggled with my swing in the last few months 120 yard seven irons, awful Shanky shots which go nowhere. After using this in my lesson I was hitting the ball 150 yards plus with my seven Eye, which is what I was doing before I lost the thread. Great training aid until you see the price. I think the colour drained from my face when I saw it!
Great review. I got my Prosendr 6 weeks ago. I like to start my warm up sessions with the cradle on for the first 20 shots to get the feel of right wrist-cock direction. The ball is less useful IMO. The price is ridiculous
Fake versions on eBay that look very similar for £30. I’m going to purchase. Might be crap but see what it’s like. I’m assuming it will be made in the same factory in Asia
If I remember correctly, the wrist attachment looks very similar to a device that Greg Norman promoted many years ago (20+ yrs..??). His was designed to help players keep from overcocking he wrist at the top of the backswing. Hmmm, what goes around comes around....
$170 come on they should have just used a hard plastic instead of carbon fiber if it is even carbon fiber idk. I didn't even bother reading the description after I saw the price. I love everything about it. I think it's great for $100-$125. Thanks for the review Mark. Merry Christmas
I really enjoyed your thorough review. The way you are explaining it is actually a good lesson for all on how to effectively use this device. Otherwise it will sadly just be a temporary object placed in the garage. Thanks again, I am glad I saw your video. Keep up the great work.
I’m bookmarking this to buy in the near future. Congrats to the inventor and investors on this device. The profit margin has to be huge. But, if it works, us golfers will spend the money!
Mine arrived early last week and can agree 100% with Mark....it really does work and it is such a simple idea.......have got mine predominately for short game as way too handsy ......cannot wait to go back out and practice more with it
@MarkCrossfield interested in how this wrist set matches up with what the Swingyde encourages. Feels like they wouldn’t quite both match up with the ProSendr encouraging more bowing?
Excellent review Mark. So on the takeaway I struggle to get the feeling that my whole back hand is sitting In the cup. Saying that I do get the feeling of my knuckles touching the cradle. Does this sound right to you?
Glad you did this review, I bought one months ago, used it twice and put it on the shelf. They want another finger💲just for the video, so this helps a lot!
Love the video Mark! Had a question that hopefully you or someone else could answer for me. Does a trainer like this still help individuals like me that have had a back injury permanently lost range of motion.
Baseball player here who started taking golf seriously about 3 years ago. Got my handicap down to a 9 with only having one lesson. My lowest score ever was an 81 which I shot several times. I bought the prosendr this year and used it twice and went out and shot a 77. I have since shot a 74 and 73. I like to fade the ball so the biggest thing for me is I have the feeling of setting my wrist at the top and I know my ball isn't going left. I can swing as hard as I want and I have a predictable cut every time. This product really did change my game.
Haha man I was reading this review and it sounded just like something I wrote before. Former baseball player here, and a 9 handicap with a power fade. Only one lesson and distance is my strength. Thanks for this review as I was definitely interested even though no training aid has ever really helped me before. Now I have to try it! Been chasing the 70's for 10 months now and haven't quite got there yet. Need something to get me over the hump.

Anyone else have this issue and know how to solve it? From the looks of the video it does not look like his shaft touches the cradle at any point.. so it must be something i’m doing.
@@KeithCochrane-yf7kz @MarkCrossfield It created a swing fault for me, because I kept wanting to put my wrist/arm into the cradle too early, causing me to bring the club way too far inside/behind me. That's just me though, although I've seen on some forums there's others who've had similar problems, but then there's people who love it too, so *shrugs* Also, the ball part on this device felt cumbersome and doesn't fit very nicely between my arms, the Tour Striker ball is much better if you're looking for something to help eliminate separation imo. But then there may be some people who hate having that over their neck.
I’ve been using ProSendr for the past 2 months and while its prob one of the best training aids I’ve ever used, its not perfect. 1) It’s easy to get the cradle in the correct position in the backswing, but much tougher to keep it there in the forward swing 2) Doesn’t really teach you when to RELEASE the cradle at, before or after impact, so kinda becomes a guessing game as to what works best for you. Even after 2 months, still a bit of a guess for me 3) Doesn’t seem to translate as well to driver swings. With my irons and with the device on, I def hit very crisp shots, but doesnt result in any big changes in my driver swing or results. 4) The ball is kinda useless and my brain is a bit on overload when I do BOTH the cradle AND the ball. 5) The Velcro strap needs to be much longer. I have average sized wrists/forearms and barely can get the Velcro to close. If you have a jacket or sweater on, there’s no way to put it on unless you slide your sleeves up. Seems someone got cheap about another inch or two of velrco😂 6) my tendency on the golf course after having used the device on the range is to OVER exaggerate the bend in my trail wrist, which is not a good thing. Still working on the right feels for when im on the course. All that being said, I”m normally a 82-85 player and 2 weeks after I got the ProSendr I shot a personal best of 75, so there’s that. Haven’t been able to repeat that magic but to be fair, I’ve not been using the device as much as I did when I first got it….like many training aids, initial excitement starts to fade a bit. Still a great device, but not a magic cure.
Golf gimics are the most hilarious products out there. Teaching people how to draw a circle ⭕️ is probably the best way to explain the game of golf. Everyone does it differently. It’s gonna be the hardest yet easiest game ever. Anyone with decent hand eye coordination should easily play bogey golf, practice 2-3 hours a day and you’ll shoot par easily. Learn to study the ground and elements. Breaking 4 under is easy.
I don't understand a lot of the comments. I like the look/idea of the product and think it would help me a lot. I can't afford it, so I won't buy one. Should I get on my soapbox and spout off? Only if I want to look like a twat.

Any way you could get some for us in the UK, Mark? $74 delivery when I looked on the website, and it’s not exactly reasonably priced to begin with!

Also, the ball part on this device felt cumbersome and doesn't fit very nicely between my arms, the Tour Striker ball is much better if you're looking for something to help eliminate separation imo. But then there may be some people who hate having that over their neck.
I’ve been using ProSendr for the past 2 months and while its prob one of the best training aids I’ve ever used, its not perfect.
1) It’s easy to get the cradle in the correct position in the backswing, but much tougher to keep it there in the forward swing
2) Doesn’t really teach you when to RELEASE the cradle at, before or after impact, so kinda becomes a guessing game as to what works best for you. Even after 2 months, still a bit of a guess for me
3) Doesn’t seem to translate as well to driver swings.
Seems someone got cheap about another inch or two of velrco😂
6) my tendency on the golf course after having used the device on the range is to OVER exaggerate the bend in my trail wrist, which is not a good thing.
Why on earth did i get rid of my greg norman secret thingy !
$200 😮 really! I think I will wait for a cheap knockoff for about £20, as it's not exactly technical to make 🤦♂️
$200 the company makes $196 profit. Molded piece of plastic and a rubber ball
You my friend are one smart business person. Love it.
$169.00 is an absolute joke. This training aid has been done before, just get the Greg Norman Secret - it's like $17.
I guess the original guy never trademarked lol
$170 is way too much. $25 to$35 maybe. just squeeze your hands together as Pete Cowen shows and that keeps those elbows close thru the whole swing.
I don't understand a lot of the comments. I like the look/idea of the product and think it would help me a lot. I can't afford it, so I won't buy one. Should I get on my soapbox and spout off? Only if I want to look like a twat.
Haha this is such a good comment.
All these titans of industry sharing their business plans on here is funny.
A dog ball and a tool wrist strap for $169 , having a laugh
So you feel like your releasing through the ball I thought you are supposed to keep your wrist back and turn left with it is what they say 🤔
Greg norman developed a product that looks exactly like this 25 - 30 years ago. Greg's product was called his secret. Nothing new here.
