      Pray to Allah and seek help from his mighty power. Once you have energy consume that energy in positive direction. Keep doing repetition until or unless you are not fully cured

    sab cheze community ka hissa har halat me hoti hai to farq sirf akele khud pr kabhi bhi nahi phrta lakin us pori community pr zaroor phr kr rehta hai.......
    accept and love yourself so you give love to others......
    sabr and bardhsat have different meanings not same meanings.....

    The best way to treat depression is to use the method of avoidance method. As depression is related to an individual thought.
    Being oneself busy can also reduce and totally eliminate depression and anxiety to zero level. Fighting with thoughts will not be possible but accepting or avoiding it can definitely reduce or eliminate the effects.

    2}- Pray
    3}- meditation and visualization
    4}- Exercise. 15 to 30 min Daily
    5}- Remember 5 things to be Grateful
    6 }- Remember 5 things that made you smile
    7 }- Remember 5 things that went good for you yesterday
    8 }- Get more Rest
    9 }- Eat healthy food avoid junk
    10 }- be in present

Secondly I just want to clarify one thing that the meaning of sabr Is the wait time when the farmer put the seeds In his field and work hard till the time when his crop is fully ready this wait time is sabr in Arabic where are you work hard bear all the difficulties but you have a motive and direction in mind

    Why should not someone feel depressed? I think more reasons we have for doing or not doing something more we are motivated. I concluded from my experience if we have plenty of reasons (benefits and disadvantages )for our action and we apply the right method then we will not feel depressed. In my opinion reasons and right methods are required to achieve any goal
