You popped up on my UA-cam feed about the time we got the Casitas, and I have been following you ever since. I was afraid you were about to settle in to a sedentary life in your tiny home, which, by the way, is really nice, but I have been kept on edge by your "fickleness", and hope you continue for many years to keep your subscribers entertained and informed. Cameras going out of focus because of fresh bug guts on windshield, which the camera wants to now focus on until a road sign, car or something else distracts the auto focus. Then goes back to bug guts on windshield. That's what happened on the re-fickle video towards the end. Safe travels fickle man.

Had to go through lamesa hundreds of times from Ruidoso to big spring and Stanton TX. Used to have a house in big spring and still have property in Stanton Tx.
Hi Rusty. I am glad to see that you have the opportunity of doing what you have always liked to do. There is nothing wrong with changing your mind as often as you want so life stays interesting.
During April I rented a brand new Class C RV and drove it from Indiana to Utah in a 10 day period. A very basic rig as you are describing. I feel the Class C with a bed in the back is a very functional floor plan. The more basic, the better. I used about $80.00 a day on fuel, It had 17 miles on it when I picked it up and 1732 miles when I dropped it in Salt Lake City. By the way fuel in Hawaii is at $4.50 a gallon these days.
I like the Class C but the 30 ft one I wanted has too much overhang on the rear to go up my driveway. The Rv trailer I’m getting is supposed to have the thickest insulation. We are in the desert a lot and the weather can get like Texas.
Rusty at the frequency that you change your mind, could a person be sure you would go through with the sale of your tiny home if they had the money or would you change your mind on the last minute, causing a lot of frustration for the buyer.

Now instead of spending $65K+ on a new class C, that you might leave parked for months at a time, only to get infested with vermin; what about a simpler, much less expensive alternative, like the Clipper travel trailer you used to have? Light weight, really functional, easy to haul around with the Van you have or don't, just leave it parked there like you were going to do with the expensive class C? Maybe get a cover like you had on the TX and Capitan, NM property? You have time to change your mind. See what they have that is less expensive and used; something that comes with a warranty. I can't wait to see what you decide to do Rusty! 😉 after all, you do you and I do me! Hahaha! I'm sure whatever you choose will be the right choice, for now. I wanted to be in the passenger seat to slap you on the shoulder and say "Good job, man." 96 geniuses are suggesting you do a Capitan-style cover for the Class C in Zozo, because you never would have thought of repeating a great decision that probably made you a bunch of money when you sold, plus made Beer 30 a cooler experience. Next they'll suggest you bring in some crushed stone, I guess.
Rusty maybe have a RV cover built like you had at Kingsland Texas. The contractor will be on sight to do the concrete slab in your garage you could have him lay concrete between the mobile home runners where you build the RV cover. Just a thought.👍

I would keep the present home for one year. You might need it. If your still love living in the class C in the dessert sell it then.
