I love love love a good collection video! Your interests span a wide variety of decks! 1 - I should really just bite the bullet and get a copy of Naturescapes. It’s gorgeous and looks so cool to read with. 2 - When you were talking about the White Numen Tarot and mentioned getting a reading from a “real tarot reader” it made me chuckle. Dude! You ARE a real tarot reader 🔥 3 - AHHH YOU GOT THE GENTLE TAROT!! It’s seriously so special to me that you value my favs & interests 🩷 My top card in the deck is the Seven of Wands. Read the guidebook entry for that one 🔥
Naturescapes? Dew it dew it DEW IT 👀 jk, in all seriousness, maybe one of these days we can do a deck swap and lend each other some of our decks 👀 I love your opinions & thoughts! 🥰 The Gentle Tarot has been a beauty to read with so far! I've done a few readings, and am still getting acquainted with it. The Emperor has been one of my favorite (and most recurring) cards so far hehe. That 7 of Wands entry is inspirational!
HoneyLou is my friend and she gave me two of her Thoth decks that she perfectly trimmed, one is a greenie. I was so excited over them I couldn’t sleep that night! If you get a deck from HoneyLou you get a deck that already holds the most beautiful energy inside it, her energy. I have lots of decks but my two favorites are my HoneyLou Thoths. ♥️♥️
@@CherokeeLynn HoneyLou has a great collection!! I bought a whole bunch of her decks last year and eagerly shared them with my friends here. How cool that she gave you TWO of her Thoth decks! ❤️
*sigh* I have 58 tarot decks right now, 16 oracle decks and 1 lenormand (yeah, trying to get into lenormand thanks to Lisa Papez...). I want to size down my collection because I don't like to have more on my hands than I can handle (75 is too much for me to handle!). 7 of these decks are in "purgatory" right now and the Yôkai Tarot is the only one coming till end of this year. I hope to stay below 70 decks or even 65 total for my collection. Wish me luck!
Waaaaa well done! Moving is a HUGE thing, very stressful. Good luck 😊 I was thinking to share all ny decks too but I feel it would take me 4h haha xD. Amazing how you managed to keep the video around 1h. As always, love it 😊 I adore how clean your editing is and so organised with the titles and timestamps and every deck got just enough time to be shown. 👏🏻 Great minds think alike, I was literally planning to do the walk-through of the EET and TMLT side by aide too as I also feel their energies are similar 😁
It took a few passes to get this video to this length! And of course, plenty of practice editing over the past year and a half 😆 I'm glad you enjoy the flow! I'm still getting acquainted with Everyday Enchantment. Modern Love still wins my heart, so far!
@@tangytarot hehe, I get that, editing is one of the things I drag the most xD I can understand why you'd prefer The Modern Love Tarot, I feel they are decks that are like a brother and sister who come from the same idea but have different personalities even though on the outside and in its roots are very similar 😁
@@Tarotismagic Yes, I agree! I find them similar in their cores & premises (magic in the everyday), and their art styles are kinda similar... but the overall execution is so different!
This was so much fun! You have a beautiful collection and i really enjoyed seeing your decks. I can tell you put a lot of effort into the creation of your videos... Well done! 🩷
I've been out of the loop and glad I finally got time to watch this! I'm glad you like the Somnia Tarot but I can't touch that one with a 20ft pole because something about it creeps me out 😂and cool to see some familiar faces that I also own like Dream Vision, Spacious, Lilifer, and Linestrider. Also glad you like the White Numen so far lol!
A 20ft pole LOL yah, I get it, it's not for everyone! Let me know if you ever want to borrow it though, I'll ship it to ya so you can get creeped out in person 🤣
Now for a more relevant comment. 🤣You have a great collection! You have many decks that I also love, as you know. I'll be curious how you get on with Gentle Tarot - you have a different version than I do (your box fits differently) but I think the cards between editions are mostly the same, with some colour adjustments here and there. I have no Sailor Moon connection or interest but I like the tall size of those decks very much.
Glad you enjoyed! 💞 I'm slowly & steadily getting acquainted with the Gentle Tarot. My favorite card is the Emperor so far - the walrus has recurred in 2-3 readings 😀 The art really does feel, well, *gentle*. The tall cards are very fun to handle! And they have a matte finish, so they feel pretty luxe as well. Also makes me feel like I'm a kid playing with toys again 😂
dream vision tarot looks like a better, more complex version of the mystic mondays tarot (which was my very first deck). i've been contemplating getting rid of it because i don't like the artwork (tarot deck options are limited in my country's bookstores) but because it was my first deck i have the most experience with it so now the cards are so easy to read, and out of all my decks it's the one with the most definite, identifiable personality. i know exactly what readings to use it for and it is always so honest and straight to the point, i use it when i don't want any sugar coating at all and i need my prediction to be as accurate as possible. Seeing the dream visions tarot made me think of mystic momdays immediately, so maybe i will try to get my hands on that deck as a replacement for my mystic mondays
@@skj4559 Mystic Mondays walked so Dream Vision could run 😂 When I used to have Mystic Mondays, I felt they filled very different needs. Mystic Mondays was like a summery, moody deck (with its mix of bright and toned-down cards), and Dream Vision felt like a pensive, contemplate-universe deck. I enjoyed MM while I had it; I also found it direct and easy to read with. I dedicated a month to working with it in a Tarot in Practice video, then felt like I had “finished” reading with it, the same way I felt like I was done reading a book and wouldn’t really reread it. Dream Vision can definitely get pricey as it’s an indie deck - and the creator is selling the last copies now, i believe, with no current plans for reprinting? - so I hope you’re able to snag one and not break the bank!
I just finished Volume 7 of the manga, now working through Volume 8 👀 I can't believe it took me THIS LONG to finally read the manga! The more I read it the more I fall in love with Naoko's art. I plan to watch Sailor Moon Crystal for the first time after I finish reading the series! Only thing is, nothing beats anime Haruka & Michiru's fashion senses, and 90s anime Haruka's voice, for me 😆
@@tangytarot agreed, i definitely like the 90s anime infinitely better than the new one! i think i only watched the first season of Sailor Moon Crystal but i just couldn't do it lol i just love the original manga & 90s anime best
Wait what do you call the pentacles in the Child Tarot? My backyard is full of these - we have a Norway Maple - but I have never heard this term before!
They're called "polynoses" in the deck! I have NEVER heard of them (or even seen them) until now 😆 Makes sense since I grew up in California, with not much variety of trees or seasons (fruits of maple trees were not a big part of my childhood LOL). From a blog: "When I was a kid these were called polynoses. Of course, now adults, we call them samaras (really, who does?). Maybe the reason they were called polynoses then was what we did with them: peeled the flat end into two, placing the sticky out-folded ends onto the bridge of our noses, giving us multiple noses - polynose."

My favorite thing about the Magical Forest is that there are no trees in it. I trimmed mine, it's adorable. Thanks for sharing.
I never thought of that... you're right! There's so few trees 😮 Definitely gives a "barren landscape" vibe.
