He was just fiercely honest with himself and had great integrity.

What Patrice had in addition to IQ is that he was insanely intuitive and creative, and a sharp mind combined with unhinged creativity is a very powerful mix. Especially for comedy of all things, all the greatest comics are quite smart. IQ isn't enough for creativity or comedic ability, so he was lucky enough to have both. Patrice has absolutely achieved this posthumously. So sad he didn't get to feel the appreciation usy like Van Gogh
He said "I don't want to be a cult figure but..."
@@bighero5384 no he definitely did want to be a cult figure he said it in another interview he said he wanted to see if he could get people to believe in something, he said he wanted to see if he could get people to drink the koolaid
@@TheGiantMidget really? If so can you please share the link
Idk. Don't we love him exactly BECAUSE he doesnt give a fuck?
Man, i've listened to this atleast 3 times, R.I.P pimp, such a great role model for men all around the world
The Book of Patrice! So let it be written so let it be DONE!!! 🙏✊
2019 still find this man captivating. Gone too soon
Even though i never met you and never knew about you when you were around. I miss you so much patrice. Your truth is what i miss the most. You were more human than a majority of the population. Thanks for being you the fullest. RIP.
I trully hate the fact that Patrice didn't really become a household name until after his death. This man was so necessary to the world. I'm a comedian and the state of comedy right now is completely horrible.
he's unfortunetely still not a household name, and will probably never be now that the PC movement has taken over
Arrahdre refer to my recent comment. Couldnt agree more.
Anthony Armstrong good luck, bruh.
Anthony Armstrong
I'm gonna write your name down, Anthony Armstrong. Go be GREAT! And people like myself would appreciate a littler Patrice tossed in. STAY RIGHTEOUS BROTHER!
Anthony Armstrong from comedy, this man was real. He said the type shit that would get him killed, and it did.
Contemporary comedians are lucky Patrice is gone. There's no way they would thrive under the brutally honest gaze of Mr. P. His outlook and perspectives on life are missed dearly. RIP.
Mr. P!
This is gold , because you can sense his nature psychologically ,How he is natural/made of, besides radio , standup shows ( which there he is also by himself, not sold to anybody, and most important not hypocrite ) .
PATRICE IS IMMORTAL
Patrice O'Neal changed my life, he helped me deal with the horse shit that women put us through
This dude is so amazing. Most knowledgeable comic.
I could listen to this guy all day
God damnit I miss Patrice, every flippin day.
Damn I miss Patrice. What an amazing man.
This guy was a genius, he DESERVES more attention, I just found this particular "new" upload and its just a good as everythng else, he was red pilling people before it was even a thing, I bet he had an IQ over 120, easy, he talks so fast and he decomposes arguments so easily until you get to the root of the issue. LOVE HIM!
U know he died years ago
David James i have 120 so he must be around 130-140
@@raw5889 Not 140 as that's Jordan Peterson level, but I'd put him at 130 and it may or may not be a tiny bit less like 128. And on top of that he had the attitude, confidence and honesty go a long way.
Muffin Man JP said he tested at 150, and a lot of the things patrice says are echoed in JPs videos, whom in assuming has done a lot more research.
@@raw5889 Peterson said he's 150+ in verbal intelligence but significantly lower in quantitative intelligence, so his general IQ should balance lower than 150.
24:28-26:10 is the truth. Some of the most honest shit and every American man needs to hear it.
MGTOW!!
Douglas Mecham Jr 49:30 .... another one aswell .... it's almost as if this guy was the architect behind MGTOW
One of the best til' this day. R.I.P.
The whole thing is brilliant, but the first 25 mins especially is some deep shit. Patrice was honestly such a great thinker, and he didn't take any of his positions lightly.
The world still needs this man.
He really thought there were no people since Carlin or Pryor, maybe realized In some way or didn't that Patrice O',Neal was that. Patrice truly truly was the next movement of that. He carried the baton for everything we all needed. People yearn for that truth and I see it all the time online and I'm lucky for having a best friend that gets it but I see so many people who need that and don't get it. Fuck that.
The back of the bus analogy is great. Hell every analogy Patrice O'Neal had was genius!!!
You knew it was going to be comedy gold when he starts out with “See that’s the thing...”
This was my favorite comedian when he was alive. Now that it’s been 11 years I take this man’s outlook to heart and although I have a “successful” UA-cam channel, the way I am definitely limits me getting bigger and I’m okay with that. I gotta keep it righteous as Patrice would say…
I didn't even try to...I just forgot what else I was doing..next thing I know I'm listening to this guy change my entire life personally....jesus he was too good....
love this dude, thanks Patrice
Heard the 5 minute clip and came right here to the full recording.
Patrice getting me through quarantine🔥
if someone said you changed their life for some goofy shit u did.. that means something 😂
9:20 2 years ago i liked this comment, just gona comment now
Glad to find these random Patrice clips.. was kind of sad when the host asked him where he'd like to be in 5 years.. I think he had maybe 4 yrs left when this interview was done
i really wished there was a video of this.....
It exists somewhere. I've seen individual clips. Its probably in a SXM vault somewhere
@@jscordoba3 they should fucking release it already! .......
@@bogdanalindaragiu1314 Jimmy should get on that! Hes the only one left over there with a chance of making it happen.
41:21 made my tear up. It is what everyone in the world wanted to say to Patrice....R.I.P.
man ive been lookin for this for awhile, i didn't know this was uploaded
Patrice basically sacrificed stardom for not bing a hypocrite. It must have been a rough path, but I think he would not change a thing.
true facts max. that was pretty much his main philosophy at the heart of where his comedy came from.
And still made a decent living
