Fire Wings 🥵
2lbs Chicken Wings
2 tsp baking powder
Spices I used: 1 tsp garlic, onion, paprika, chili
1 tsp salt
Air fry at 400F for 20-25 Minutes flip mid way through
Sauce:
2 Tbsp butter
4-5 cloves garlic
1 cup hot sauce (homemade coming soon)
1/4 cup honey
Cilantro to taste
1/2 lemon juice
man I love it when the cook book says "marinate however u like" and "use home made hot sauce". It's so helpful, thanks.

1. If you don't wanna make your own hot sauce then... Don't. Just use your favorite brand from the store
2. Everyone has their own palate. He doesn't know what seasonings you like nor how heavily you like things to be seasoned. You know what you like better than he does so why not make food the way YOU like it?

I actually prefer directions like this. Everything having an “exact” amount is a good way to make shitty food. That is of course unless you’re baking lol

I made these wings today they were so good I added a lot of baking powder but it was so crispy. We had a mishap with the sauce but we made it in a different way and it was so good Ty so much

You should make your own garlic Parmesan, that’s where it’s at, ik you didn’t deep fry these, but when you do you just put some minced garlic and a shit ton of Parmesan, poor some of the hot oil in it, mix and than throw in the wings, that shit is good
