Those medical bills have almost certainly created a very, very bad situation for that family (and families living all across this country). The relief of a sudden windfall that will at least keep the roof over their heads for the next 6 months and elevate the constant stress must be overwhelming. A wonderful secret Santa gift to this family.
They definitely needed help. My nephew was born at 24 weeks and was in NICU for 7 months. My brother went into the Army due to their insurance maxed out at 1 million dollars. It has taken all of us to help through the years with surgeries, etc. that were life saving for him. My nephew just turned 31 and is a delight. He is scheduled for surgery again on 12/4 due to his vascular system issues from birth. I pray the 3 extra weeks in his mother's womb as well as God's blessing this little guy has a surgery free life.
The sight of that loving mother holding her beautiful baby added even more of the meaning of Christmas to this wonderful video. God bless Nate and the whole EIN crew, God bless Secret Santa, and God bless and keep this lovely little family.
