'I can't believe this!' School aide sobs when surprised with unexpected gift from a Secret Santa

The EastIdahoNews.com team is busy helping a local Secret Santa give $1 million to deserving people in eastern Idaho this holiday season. Every day, from now until Christmas, we will post videos of the recipients being surprised with these life-changing gifts.
Annette is 69 years old and works in the kitchen at an elementary school in Sugar City. Her husband died suddenly about 16 years ago and he was the breadwinner teaching high school.
Annette was diagnosed with cancer around 18 months ago, had surgery and is now trying to keep it at bay. She is a very kind and humble person, is extremely frugal (she doesn’t even own a cell phone) and never asks for help from anyone.
Annette’s current vehicle was purchased for her about nine years ago by some Good Samaritan neighbors. It’s starting to have expensive mechanical issues and she could never afford to purchase another.
Secret Santa learned about Annette and asked the East Idaho News elves to give her a big surprise. We ran into some obstacles trying to track her down but finally found Annette. Watch the surprise in the video player above!

She acted like she just won the powerball... and its only $1,000. What a humble, sweet, loving little lady! ❤❤❤❤

She works at a school, the staff don't get paid much to be honest...so that $1,000 would have gone a long, long way for her most likely just by itself...the car was a huge help for her too.

@@emmajp_9385 Since all the fees on the vehicle are paid, and taxes paid, she should have enough for a tank or a couple tanks of gas LOL. Where I live registration is a couple hundred bucks at most. Insurance shouldn't be too bad but that has a lot of hidden factors to know for certain, but I only pay $1200 a year for insurance on 3 vehicles 2 of them with full coverage.
My husband won a new car at a business convention and it was like winning the powerball!!

What a great example of a person living in the Fullness of Humanity Let's all try some way to follow her example of Gratitude and Thanksgiving by saying ThankYou for every person that helps us daily (big or small) family, store clerk, the guy who opens the door for you, someone who lets you in while driving, a co-worker, a teacher, someone who goes above and beyond, etc... bring positive energy into this crazy world.

omg im from ottawa too but these videos are so heart warming i wish we had something like that here, my bestfriends dad actually makes like a bunchhhhh of backpacks for the homeless filled with anything they might need and whatever and hes been doing that for at least 8 years now or something but i wish they’re was a show where we could see them giving it to the homeless especially since we have so many

These acts of kindness are sooo needed across the world. They're not just amazingly helping the people they gift to, its helping everyone that sees these acts of kindness know that it only takes a moment in time to help someone in need or just someone that isn't in the head space they would rather be in.
