Which of these require ilok? Only #2 mentions that specifically. Not to be negative, but that’s not desirable in my rig.
Hi Zane I'm in Waveform12, and I set up an Automation fade on my master volume but nothing happens. The fade is not taking effect. What could I be doing wrong?
In the transport section (where the play, and record buttons are) you’ll see a button that has a green “A” along with a green play triangle. Push that button so the entire button turns green and the “A” and triangle turn white.
You should now hear any automations that you have done.
If that’s not enabled then it will ignore automations.

I like the EZ-drummer on GarageBand, but I’d like better drum-sounds. What’s the best & simplest drummer to get for GarageBand? And will it work similarly to EZ-drummer?
Ez drummer is one of the easiest to use. If you want new sounds that is also easy, try the ujam drummers. Like ujam legends, etc
Going to be getting the UAD $69 bundle at the end of the week when I get paid.
Great plugins, only remember you always need being online or have iLok usb-key plugged in :) I did this “mistake” as I always like being offline when making music, just my preference though. Thanks

It depends on what you want/need. If you like the stuff in the native instruments bundle then grab that. If you like what’s included in the 12th anniversary bundle get it. They include different things.
One plugin that looks pretty interesting in the anniversary bundle is the uni channel. For me that would be the only one that I would be interested in. But your needs will be different from mine so go with whatever you like.
Does the Native instruments bundle require full version of Kontakt?
No. I only have the Kontakt player and I can use Studio Drummer. It’s the only plugin that uses Kontakt in this bundle.

All Kontakt instruments from Native Instruments only need the free Kontakt Player - it is only 3rd-party libraries where you need to worry about whether they will run in Player or just Full.
Too bad deal 2 is over. Exactly what I was looking for.
