Best Photography and Best Analysis. Thank you for the director and cinematographer
What analysis? I heard lots of assertions in there, but no actual _analysis._ Quite literally skimming the surface without offering much else, is what this is.
@@nightrunnerxm393 Why in this world would you think like that. "Prioritizing finding the bad in good" is what will extinct your happiness! Peace to y'all ✌ ✌
Drones are changing everything from film to warfare
The videography in this documentary is fantastic. National Geographic has outdone itself with this film.
*THE JAGUAR KILL WAS THE BEST KILL I'VE EVERRRRR WITNESSED IN MY LIFE!!!!THANK YOU NATGEO!!!!!!*
Jaguars are truly the kings of the jungle. They must be the strongest & most fierce of the big cats rivaled in strength & fierocity only by the leopards of Africa & a few in the Middle Eas. Lions are in a class of their own & cannot be compared to the lighter weight big cats. Jaguars are super cats of South America. They are like leopards on steroids. It's impossible to guess how strong a jaguar truly is. I have seen a jaguar that swam against the current of the Amazon River for 2+ hours on a desperate hunt for prey. The cat hadn't fed in at least a week so it was on the verge of starving yet it had the will, strength & stamina to carry on ultimately making a kill in order to survive. It is mind boggling the strength it took to swim for 2+ hours against a strong current. Then, still have the strength to hunt down & kill a large Black caiman paralysing it with one bite to its skull then, haul its heavy body up a steep bank & into the judgle where it could feed in peace.
The will & endurance it takes for wild animals to survive & thrive in the respective environments in which they live is truly beyond the comprehension of our puny human brains. Anyone who's ever handled even a small wild animal can atest to their incredible & major strength compared to domestic animals.
Jaguars truly are the badasses of the big cat world. Brutal & beautiful predators that have earned the right to live undisturbed & free from fear. They must remain a protected species & ppl who kill them for any reason should be prosecuted & convicted to serve plenty of time in prison.
Ranchers are compensated for any livestock jaguars may kill. The ranchers must not retaliate against a jaguar simply doing what it must to survive in an incredibly harsh world. Humans brought cattle into areas where jaguars live & hunt so, humans are responsible if cattle are killed by jaguars. The jaguar is just doing what it is programmed to do in order to survive in a really brutal environment.

One of the best documentaries I've seen in a while
simply don't care what an other may say, Bear Grylls is a perfect narrator and presence for this type of Doc. great cadence, i am rapt.
The jaguar catching the aligator was honestly the most impressive and horrifying thing ive ever seen😮

Pretty dope !
Watching these animals in 4K feels like a dream. The level of detail is astonishing, making it feel like I'm right there with them.
Always respect the power and hunting prowess of the Cat species...the true king of the Jungle is the Jaguar hands down, took that 9ft Caymen like it was nothing, in it's own element too
Some of those shots are just incredible. These documentaries are such eyecandy.
Kudos to the director and cinematographer for the remarkable photography and insightful analysis! Witnessing the jaguar catching the alligator was both awe-inspiring and chilling, making it an unforgettable experience 💓💓💓💓❤❤❤❤
Also thanks to all the photographers and video capturing
Só essa filmagem da onça capturando esse enorme jacaré valeu todo o investimento na série. Embaixo da água turva ainda 😮 SENSACIONAL , Parabéns pra equipe que conseguiu filmar esse flagrante 👏👏👏
it was just more than a adventurous Hollywood movie ..Art of cinematography was really amazing...background music, voice ,art of producing everything was matched perfectly...
Since photographers are using drones they are creating some of the most astonishing video & photos.
exactly, it is one of the best inventions that no one really talks about.
Thanks for sharing the full episode!
National Geographic thanks for all the excellent programs and the people who bring these great programs
A truly beautiful piece of art ,calms me beyond. Thank you NatGeo ❤
Wow what a god creation amazing 👏 of plants moving
JAGUAR'S Jaws is really powerful 😮 Strongest among all big Cats !! Amazing predator ✌️😉
What an awesome documentary! I can see why our forefathers long ago thought the Gods were in the Heavens amidt the clouds, given the strong winds, the beautiful scene, the lightning and thunder, the heavy rain, and the darkening of the sky. Zeus and Thor are the two I can name off the top of my head
Wow. What an epic production, unbelievable.
It offers a captivating glimpse into the intricate web of life within these complex ecosystems. The episode effectively highlights the concept of natural selection, showcasing how various adaptations - from the camouflage of insects to the symbiotic relationships between plants and animals - enhance survival and reproductive success.
It would be interesting to see a deeper exploration of specific adaptations, particularly those that exploit the unique vertical stratification of the jungle canopy. Additionally, delving into the role of keystone species and how their presence shapes the entire jungle ecosystem would provide further depth.
Overall, this episode serves as a valuable educational tool, emphasizing the dynamic interplay between organisms and their environment within the ever-competitive jungle habitat.
Beautiful and brutal! Well done!!!❤❤❤❤❤
This channel is really amazing
Excellent record! A hug from Brazil 😊
Is it just me or am i the only one who likes to watch these animal documentaries when i was a child?

Mind blowing
The bat record was a spectacular image
I didn’t know jaguars hunted vultures thank you
I love animals and I love this channel
The fact a jaguar is in the water with crocs and it kills one is astonishing.
12:09 No way they did this time-lapse. How many months or years this movie took to film 🤯🤯
Way to go Jaguar.
Jaguars true king of jungle so amazing !!!
This episode proves the old saying if a tree fell in forest will it make sound 😀😀
We swam in these waters ...LEGIONNAIRES mount up ⚜⚜
This video is very good and useful
It took an ANACONDA like nothing and then the cayman knowing where to bite instead of biting like the body, that tells me its a very smart cat. I have a small devon rex cat and shes so smart and i could imagine a cat that big being so smart and it shows in this video. Amazing shots and beautiful animals ❤
Same video is already released at another channel🤔
But hats off for the video shooter and editor
That's soooo sad seeing that big tree fall😢
excellent 🔥🔥🔥🔥
놀라운 야생 동물 동영상을 공유해 주셔서 감사합니다!
No problem
Jungles Survival Of the Fittest is proper title for this Episode 😆😆😆
oo tanhk you..i am a jaguar person....i like everything about the jaguar..especially those canine tooth for pendants
Best Photography and Best Analysis
The jaguar preyed on a “caiman”. Most caiman species are about 2-2.5 meters long, a crocodile is 4-5 meters, an alligator is about 3 meters. Caimans are generally smaller than crocodiles and alligators, and could be an occasional prey of a jaguar, but there’s no way that a jaguar can take on adult crocodiles and alligators.
if caymans became as big as croc, I believe jags would became tiger size... it has always been like this, predators evolve alongside of a prey, its a constant evolutionary battle..
bear grylls is a sham
Awesome ❤
I’m about to get over my fear
amazing
Love it😊
Woo Nice one
Buen documental y no puedo disfrutar porque no está en Español
In the Jungle the mighty Jungle THE JAGUAR EATS TONIGHT 😊
The question is will humans let anything to flourish ????
Amazing 😅
That's amazing vedeo 👍
wow amazing video
سبحان الله، ربنا ما خلقت هذا باطلا سبحانك فقنا عذاب النار
Nice video
Why they always use same footage? When you saw old documentary’s you know many scenes
The jaguar hunts better than the caiman in its natural habitat water 😉
Nice
Sir may I know this amazing photographer name please
Life is more harsh in jungle.
Jungle moving fast forward its creepy
The best
The narrator sounds a bit like Liu Kang narrator from Mortal Kombat 1
what about tigers aren't they capable of swimming just as well?
Capable of swimming yes better swimmers prolly not. 🤜🤛
Like Nat Geo :))
Good
13:19 "I'm finished"
Ahora o no está disponible en español o está en hindi
are there any bugs in this video? :[
The mighty tiger 🐅 would have a jaguar for lunch and would be killed in seconds.😊
i think we can all agree that any big, hungry cat is just about as terrifying of a killer as it gets. Overall, probably the most perfectly honed killing machines to ever exist. Im just glad that the ones that live with us in the cities are only 15 lbs. 😁
WAY TO GO JAGUAR!!!
How the heck you guys get the camera shot of the fungus attach to the ant unbelievably
My favorite documentary hostile planet ❤I am waiting for next video...
If jaguar lived around consistent bigger prey like lions and tigers they would bulk up and i dont think any of the big cats would want that smoke.
I was going to watch this until Bear came out
