Hey Ben, I have been feeling really motivated recently to get in the gym and build some mucle💪 but don’t know where to start, I have fixed my diet but don’t know what workouts to do in the gym, I was wondering what workouts you did when you were first starting out?
I have tiny wrists and pianist fingers, so my grip is quite weak. Also my brother is the opposite, with the grip of death, so he's the one always opening the stuck jars. (FYI - jar lids are stuck due to the vacuum - they're easily undone if you prize them open with a spoon first to release the pressure.)
I have tiny wrists and pianist fingers as well but pretty good grip strength. Start doing forearm exercises and you will get pretty strong. Especially the ones arm wrestlers use
Lol are they taking the piss? I can crush raw potatoes, apples, pears, and grapefruit easily with 1 hand. I can also crush watermelons with my forearms, I suppose it must be more technique than brute strength as I'm a 40 year old welder, not an athlete
The card rip should be specific. Cheap paper cards are a challenge for most people. Plastic coated bicycle cards are probably three times harder than the cheap paper deck.
Can you do training like a 1500m olympic runner or 800m for a month. Anything a bigger distance is too difficult for the average guy to do fro a week let alone a month. Your response: challenge accepted
