- McLaren choke yet another win at Silverstone with the fastest car I am calling my team out for this and giving a passionate rant about the bottling nature of the team this season, the progress has been amazing but the team must win at this level which is unacceptable.

Norris is always looking to give himself a miracle moment: divebomb overtakes, stupid risky tyre calls. He needs to learn he can win on pace and consistency or they need to give Oscar a punt.

Put a Prime Alonso/Vettel/Raikkonen etc in that McLaren car and you have all those 5 race wins and 100% a title fight.

Just worked out if Norris/McLaren didn't bottle any race, any sprint race he would only be 13 points behind Verstappen in the championship.
Instead he's 84 points behind, ridiculous, unacceptable quite frankly.

summed up my thoughts perfectly. i like lando and i always thought he’d be a world champion one day but i don’t see it anymore. he gets overwhelmed fighting for a win and honestly should know better in his 6th year in f1. they need to allow oscar to lead the team and they have a shot at WDC in the future. norris cannot handle the pressure at the front of the pack.

Oh I can’t wait to see all the McKaren tears in the comments. McLaren are a joke. Lando should be working in a bottle factory because it’s all he’s good at. Piastri should be leading the team and not getting sabotaged to favour bottle job Lando!

This team have, operationally speaking, been a disgrace since 2013 and arguably even 2012. They've just spent that time hiding their fucking embarrassing incompetence behind fucking embarrassing car performance and cute quirky Americanised marketing. And what a beautiful name they're disgracing. They used to embody the spirit of the sport more than any other team.

i also think f1’s whole notion of “trying to catch max” at the moment is causing this problem. the aim should not be to catch max, the aim should be to win no matter what any of the other teams and drivers are doing. max is a world champion because he believed he’s the best driver, every other world champion had the exact same mentality. mclaren as a team and lando as a driver do not believe they are the best so they will never be the best.

Norris hasn't won a race on merit yet in my eyes. He drove well at Miami but fact is he was lucky to win that race and should've qualified better than 5th.

I don't understand why you still have to say that you are unbiased we all know you are giving a honest opinion. But yet when you talk about Logan Sargeant in your race reaction at the Silverstone Race you said this "people say I am bias on Logan, we'll see in driver rating to proved I am unbiased". Well to me you are always stating your own opinion and you always called drivers and team out for their poor performance.
