That season is where they changed up Ghosts character...they wanted the audience to hate him....even though he did what he did with Angela he still protected his family.....tasha is the one who started doing all that extracurricular stuff...killing her best friend and getting her son to sell drugs so she won't be broke....but they made ghost a monster to justify tasha mess

It's amazing how everyone forgets how Ghost was just because James decides to become legit. How everyone forgets all the stuff he did throughout all the seasons. He kept allowing himself to be sucked back in him and Tasha are the villains both of them are victims of their own circumstances. They both use the streets when it came to their own advantages. Call a spade a spade. Besides Tasha wasn't quite the chicken head because she was the one that went to school so she can learn how to flip the money and all their businesses I guess it's easy to forget all of that as well.
