2011 Ford Ranger no start, no crank.

This 2011 Ranger with the 4.0 decided it didn't want to start anymore. The CEL was not illuminating and I was unable to communicate with the PCM ( Engine computer) So next step was to check the PCM relay.

I had this problem, and re-searched it compulsively. Every mechanic friend of mine had a suggestion and there were 1 million suggestions on the Internet…. with my problem, the instrument panel would go dim, and that was an indicator that my truck would not start under any circumstances the next time…., One night I started up my truck, no problem and plugged in my vape with a cheap dollar store USB charger from the 12 V auxiliary port and my instrument panel went dim… I could jiggle the USB charger and it would make the instrument panel flicker on and off. I removed the cheap $.99 USB charger from my 12 V auxiliary port and I have had ZERO starting issues since.. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NOTHING WRONG (OR CHEAP) In the cigar lighter port or 12 v port.
