"Wow, 10x18' is not much! We have one acre lots here, and my lawn is about 12k sqft total. I'm curious, how do you like maintaining both Bermuda and fescue?"
@@GriffithLawnLabs Well everything has a learning curve. We get hot here in the summer, 95 to 115 with 33% humidity. I have two mowers, in the backyard I use a 18" Scott Pro. I enjoy yard work so it is fun. My front yard looks really nice and I get a lot compliments, Bermuda used to be very common here in the 50's through the 70's and then fescue became the dominate choice of grasses.
@@GriffithLawnLabs I would love a Bermuda front yard but it is about as popular here as a side discharge lawnmower. You might as well get a leaf blower and blow all of your weed clippings into my yard.

Brilliant question by that Brian fellow…
Always asking the tough questions 😄
Thanks for the video and information Drew! Looking to get my centipede looking good. Cheers
Thanks for watching! You'll have it looking lush in no time.
I am from Ca. your front lawn is bigger than 10 front yards in Ca. My backyard Bermuda is 10' x 18', my front yard is fescue.

It's great that you enjoy the yard work and are getting such nice results, especially with that intense summer heat.

I just burn my yard. It's ugly for a month, but quick and no left overs
Going scorched earth! Bold move, but I prefer my lawn without the extra crunch. 😉🔥
