i love this so much and honestly i love the girls reaction showing sadness and disappointment but then she realizes its still the same guy and she doesnt make it a big deal and make fun of him

this was lovely. you conveyed so many emotions in such a short amount of time and created a dimensional character in only four minutes. i’m excited to see what you’ll do with even more time.
I really enjoyed this film mike, you're starting to develop your own style and I seriously dig it. Your tracking shots along with your transitions are so smooth and you know how to create a great atmosphere. Overall you have a really good shot composition and you should be going places in no time.
A great example of how a film doesn't have to be long to be extremely powerful. Quality over quantity. Wow! Well played! And I'm not even generally into this type of storyline! As a director myself, this film really impressed me!

OMG I CRIED!!! When she said "im coming" my heart dropped and my dad barged into my room to ask why I was crying😭❤ I told him i witnessed the sweetest thing ever...then he started to talk about his marriage💀

I love the show catfish and watch it all the time, and to show the story from the cat-fishers POV was really beautiful. It shows how much the person really wants to come out and tell the truth about who they are, but they’re scared to. Yet she still accepted him for who he was despite his looks. Truly amazing, keep up the great work.
damn it Mikey! you've done it again. my heart's in pieces and everything about this film has just destroyed me. The lighting, angles, and over all cinematography just amazing, it captures the feeling so well!
My goodness, at the end all I can say is "hhhhhhh" This is absolutely beautiful, and mind blowing. My mind can not even register how much thought and time had to be put into the making of it and I am so proud. The feels that this gave me! The thought of her realizing that she had fallen for this person is so amazing. The facial expressions, the changes in tone, and the actor shuddering at the end just really brings to life that ultimate fear of rejection that most people have. It's astonishing how far these have come and I can not wait to see what's coming next. This was nothing like I was expecting, yet it's everything I needed.
Mikey, anytime you want to stop being amazing that'd be ace.

Since I’ve been studying media studies I actually can analyse film a lot easier and I can say that this is a really well structured short film and the ending goes against the stereotypical response of someone in that situation which makes it even more intriguing

I appreciated the positivity, nowadays every situation seems to have a negative scary spin an dyeah of course there’s creeps out there and of course it’s so important not to talk to people you don’t know online and be safe but I love that you’ve shown that not every situation is bad sometimes you can let things go and you can forgive people and give them a chance, not everything is about how flat your stomach is or how sharp your jawline is and if you give people the chance that’s where some of the best things happen! I loved it 💛🌻

Mikey I truly love how you can capture an audience through your short films. I mean in 4 minutes and 11 seconds you managed to convey certain feelings and pull the viewers in by ways in which they can relate to the characters.
