I did the exercises in your other videos, I did the acupressure, and they worked! Thank you, Dr. Mandell! Now I'm trying to get over my messed up stomach from ibuprofen I had to take until I found your videos. Thanks Doctor, I owe you dinner! :-)

THANK YOU! I’ve was diagnosed with occipital neuralgia over 7 years ago but I’ve been suffering with chronic headaches (migraines) for over 20 years. This is the first treatment that gave me relief without medication. I have been saying for years that I felt like the nerve was compressed and asking all the specialists if there was any thing that could be done to decompress the nerve. There answer was nerve blocks, ablations, Botox, and medications - LOTS of medications. My health has failed over the these past years due to this condition and the chronic pain, the medicines, and their side effects. Your video and the relief I felt today gives me hope. Thank you again. I will be watching your videos for more guidance.

I don't want to reveal too much cuz this is a public forum, but let me say I have been to specialist after specialist and since I'm only one out of two to survive what I did, no one seems to understand or know how to handle it. This video plus the other two, have been my first patch of blue. My first bit of Hope. I am delighted! You see, I had brain surgery for a subarachnoid hemorrhage (cerebellar), and I'm lucky in that I don't have a lot of the symptoms other people do. I'm a little unlucky because mine was a lot worse than theirs but I suffered no physical loss. But unfortunately. I'm unlucky again, because there are no doctors, or Specialists, who have skills to help me.
I was looking at something else, and accidentally stumbled upon your videos and was delightfully surprised! The more I watched, the more my eyes opened. I have shared and shared and shared with other people. This has been something I've been trying to heak for 7 years. I'm going to keep watching! I was so delighted to hear you describe exactly what I would tell Specialists about, and the Specialists would just shrug.
    ❤❤🙏🙏❤❤
    Thank you!!

Thanks Doc a great easy self help therapy, however it remains unclear to some people, myself included as to whether the pressure is applied to the actual bone or the inner part of the bone, especially after experimenting with pressure to several areas of the jaw still no sensation is felt.

How many times can you do this in a day? When I tried it, the spot under the jaw felt sore, however I have inflammation all under the chin as well. What can you do about sharp shooting pains coming from the year (probably jaw joint pinching a nerve). Tried massaging it, nothing works. Thx.

I love your videos and suffer greatly from tense neck and shoulder muscles from computer work. When I apply pressure is it to the jawbone area ITSELF or just inside the jaw bone ( as in closer to the neck more near the salivary gland ). Thank you for helping so many chronic pain sufferers!

My L occiput and face is bad (remnants from far more and worse chronic pain). The area of the jaw you speak of makes me nauseous and cough when in press on it. Only now by trying this did under a connection. There is actually slight pain in the L suboccipital area when I press on that part of the jaw. I will see if this helps.

I have been diagnosed with Occipital neuralgia, Trigeminal neuralgia, hemicrania continua to name but a few, 6 years ago. I am in constant daily pain, radiating from my neck, the back of my head, temple and face, with dizziness exhaustion etc. I have tried everything from medication to nerve block injections, holistic approach etc. I have tried this excercise just now, and the main pain I have continuously at the back of my head is almost Gone??? I am in shock 😆. I shall continue this excercise daily now as required and will keep you updated. This is wonderful ❤

My jaw is pretty sensitive, but I did feel a little lightness. A little relief. Thank you. Oh my god, thank you. I've been on the verge of ramming the butt of my fist into the back of my skull dozens of times because of this continual nausea/tightness. It's felt like the tightness was right in the center of my head, and in the pit of my stomach, at the exact same time. Like my brain is about to break in half and I'm about to throw up, but never any release, not without heavy massaging, and even then sometimes it would just lessen it. But I'm going to keep trying this. Going to subscribed and definitely have high hopes. I cannot thank you enough for creating this video

I have MS & I'm not getting that result. I wonder if these neurons are impaired?
