Gymnastics train everyday CT Fletcher say you can't train everyday
It's good to see you post again. Also following you on instagram.
Honestly I want him to get more subscribers, but at the same time I don’t because I like him replying to comments 😂
He left you on read tho
That's really really fuckeed up ap
Could you make a vizeo about how to prevent/remedy injuries and pain when doing ring workouts? Your fellow muchachos are hurting a little.
This dude got me working with calisthenics and totally agree with the "Feel good, train hard & feel crap, train easy", been doing that for a month now. I see some improvements in my strength. Never overwork yourselves. 😁 Love your content Tao, keep it up.💪
You train every single days?
Yep, although I take a day off per week just to get some rest
@@keithianquijalvo2217 Rest is just as important . Keep grinding bro !
I really like your channel it’s educative and fun to watch at the same time
this is so true i tried too workout everyday but you lose motivation soo quickly if you workout everyday and i found that i had more motivation when i worked out every second day or every first day.
Tao thanks again for this amazing informative vizeo :)
Great thumbnail Tao 🔥🔥
The parallels link is down any substitutions?
I mean Saitama trained everyday for 3 years. The only disadvantage is he grew bald
Funny cause I'm bald too 🤔
Tao Physique
Saitama status confirmed...
Tao Physique bald gang ✊🏽
That’s an actual thing. But they say intermittent fasting (stabilizing insulin levels) zinc, fish oil, green tea and vitamin C actually prevents all that. When men go bald, it’s because our testosterone uses up a lot of those nutrients as well as when we nut, it drains all that out of bodies. So take ya vitamins and eat your meals and caloric drinks within a certain time frame 5-6 days a week

also: for those who still want to be active everyday, the "rest days" can be perfect to get some cardio in, such as jump rope or some running, to get those sick cardio gainz while still letting your muscles rest and rebuild
You get it!
i get it. from now i do 3 days full body workout, and 3 days horizontal cardio.

A very good question

Lol I'm almost finishing part 3 on Netflix XD
Already watched it hope you enjoy it as much as I did
Tao > Yujiro Hanma. Yes, I said it.
As someone who trains everyday, the best advice I can add is GET ENOUGH SLEEP. Take advantage of the pandemic and dont set an alarm. Just let your body lay there and recover till it feels rested
What would you recommend to someone who can get 6 hours tops? I'm trying to better my diet to make up for the lack of sleep but there still days where I'm not giving my workout the 100 because I just want to go to bed already.
Appreciate this 👌🏾
@@jorgewuzhear sit down with a scheduling app make some schedule adjustments. Good nutrition and and good sleep aren't substitutes for one another. They're both needed. Sometimes wanting to end a session is a motivation issue but if it's consistently from laxk of sleep you need to get more

2-4 times is solid enough for me tbh, 1-3 of the rest days can be spent on cardio as well.
My boy Tao with some rings workout 🔥
You actually are the reason why I started to do rings workout
I do my training everyday, I keep my sets to minimum of doing 3-4 set through out the day. But stretching, mobility, and warm up should be emphasised. Or joining clubs and other sports activity is recommended.
Dang finally Grand Muchacho himself is back after one month, been actually wondering where you've been, love the vizeos man.
The editing game is on SSJ5. Quality has improved brother.
Another symptom for me personally if I'm training too hard and not getting enough rest, I'll feel like I'm getting a cold
I was just asking myself this question today, been hitting the gym + cardio 6 days in a row now :D For the first time this week I had horrible sleep, kept waking up every 1-2 hours. I think it's time to take a couple of days off. Btw, you are an awesome dude, keep up with the good content :)
Mine is just I workout every other day for 40 minutes
Same training every day in combination with work destroys me for some reason
Fam I’ve Ben training for about 40-50 minutes per day then I saw this video
Cold showers, ice baths and sleeping more than 8 hours. All that nd its not possible to overtrain. Matter fact throw in some daily stretching or yoga for recovery and youll be allright
Wooooh i didn't do cold showers in ages i am gonna start to do them regulary😔🔥♥️
Try it, you will lvl up for sure.
3:14 lmao this is very scary to hear.
ikr its so disturbing
really disturbing for me
can you make a video on various types of rings exercises which are not popular but beneficial specially for upper back.
Me: A person watching this video that does 150 push ups (diferent variations) 100 leg raises 50 knee raises and 50 chin ups and 50 pull ups a day
Yes, you can
dyel?
How's your form though 🤔
5:42 how u do that 🤣
This is editing we call
I overtrain a lot without noticing it. that's my downside.
I liked because of 3:45. Your inna nigerian came out lol.
U just made me happy, i now see i overtrained. I had a 2 day break, which somehow wasnt enough. I went to do some cal, but i could barely do 5 push ups anymore. So i thought those 2 day break just destroyed what ive gained strenght to, but my muschels just needed a few more days. When i then stopped for like 4 days, my power and strength was beyond amazing when i got back on the bars. Im now able to do l sit to handstand, and frog handstand to full handstand
When you20 or even 30 - it's hard to over train. When you are 40+ - you can hurt yourself.
And when you are 17? What’s happened 😂
Are there good calisthenics excercises for legs?
Any one else notice the three6mafia sample in the song at 6:13
About 35 minutes , 3-4 times a week has done a great change in my body & I think it also varies to person to person.
That's an excellent frequency
@@Taophysique Big love 🤗
Full body? Or different body parts every workout?
@@stevenrwilson181 full body. Because I'm skinny that's why i follow full body workout.

Another Banger!! 💪🏾💪🏾💯
I grew up with my father who was in above average shape, and had done martial arts all his life. He had always told me, to "do a little bit every day. Weather it's a strength workout, stretching, cardiovascular workout" just do something every day for at least an hour.
I think rest days are even more important if you are trying to cut.
i missed these vizeos. who needs a bro who gon drop training me when i got me some rings and your videos bro.
are those custom chucks? 👀 ☯️

@@Taophysique if you talking about rings please show a guide to set them up properly too
yooo 3:17 made my heart stop!!
Instead of thinking of it as progressive overload literally just do every set to failure.
Yeah
@Bandichod Madabandichod that's so untrue. That means giving it maximum effort. Stopping a few reps short means your missing out on so much growth
Idk I have tried both, I am sure you can train to failure all the time if you can recover from it. For me I love the pump you get going to failure, but I rarely do it because my goal is to become proficient at the calistenics movements/skills and training to failure reduces the good practice I get. My recovery goes to hell when I train to failure more than like once every couple of weeks. Not saying training to failure doesnt work, just saying for me I see more progress and gains from leaving a few in the tank and hitting a bit more volume and frequency
The middle ground- train to technical failure and then drop or super set from there
High volume calisthenics works well for my muscle
Literally only subbed because how my guy b saying muchacho and muchacha wtf 😭🐐
Hey man love your vids. One thing you could improve is your audio quality. Lots of echo in your room + music tends to overshadow your voice sometimes.
I cut my frequency in half and have seen nothing but progress... Train hard, recover hard and repeat 💪🏼
my boy Tao is African
sometime talks Spanish (muchachos)
songs & fonts are Japanese
:D
I workout everyday sometimes two sessions but every month, i would take a few days break then start the process again.
I am currently training like full body one day and the next day working on mobility/ yoga and have been doing it for a month now and results are pretty solid.
Much love Tao thanks for your vedios.
Same , On the mobility day I do abs as well
Mobility/ Yoga isnt training

Yes it is
In my opinion, the best way is go Monday, Wednesday, Friday and take off on the Weekend👍
Tao, I love your training style man. I’ve been following your Black Panther workout for awhile and I’ve been seeing some amazing results. Thanks for doing what you do man.
Happy for your success muchacho 🙏🏾
Tao Physique Thank you brother
3:18 Peter Griffin says hi.. 😂
"muchacho" 🤣 great video...I rarely comment but found it necessary
Absolutely brother!
However you train, you have to balance intensity with recovery. This is the master key!
Just as an example, you could do 3 sets of weighted chin-ups twice a week or 1 set every day at the same weight for similar gains.
You'd recover from 1 set by the next day but it would take around 3 -4 days before you recover fully from 3 sets.
I think I found a very interesting split on a bodybuilding site - full body workout, but one day you work your chest, shoulders, triceps, glutes and hams, the other day you work your back, rear delts, biceps and quads. Not conventional but it works for me, plus I got used to bodyweight workouts when the gyms closed.
Bruh just do something like upper lower
Shows guy smoking up...
I feel personally attacked XD
Them chucks though.... ❤️
Love the content man. Stay safe and stay strong.
Lovin your vids man, along with Austin Dunham and Daniel Vadnal I'm starting to look jacked as hell man!

I want more workouts of Vegeta but only with pull up bar 🙂Pls bro 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Tao... I've always wondered, are you African? Nigeria to be exact. Cos if you are that'll be sooo freaking cool 😎
Need to give ur body time to recovery. Even pro athletes do it 🤝📝
Thanx! I love the way you break down and explain things!
*
I am 58 and started training after 40 years at 56. After 2 years walking in the forest of injuries, I found that an aged mfcker need to advance slowly. Practically during the day doing little things. It works. With the balance, as you said.
1 month ?
What are your body measurements and how many calories do you eat per day ?
BTW KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
This guy explains better then many UA-camrs out there ....!
No you didn't go to the jar of peanut butter for the loss of strength illustration.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 that was great!!
Hey Tao can you link the parallettes you use the link's broken you posted in the description of the videos in the past
Do you think me doing the 1000 pushups a day challenge with leg workouts 3x a week and cardio 2x?
What happens if I do cardio on rest days? I'm asking it because I often skip rope and shadowbox during rest days, just working on my stamina without stressing my muscles.
Jack Hanma is a huge example of the negative effects of working out every day
I train 3 days per weekanother 3 days I practice running like 5-10km (longer in future), and after some time i always need a break, cause my legs feel super weak to the point, that walking is somewhat cumbersome (hope i use correct word here, my english skill isn't that good :P).
this guy... lol... love the care bear getup... im usually dressed as a carebear when i lose motivation too lol
I fricked my poop up
My left hip and knee got so sore from training upper lower 6 days a week with high volume on sprints, pistol squats, and lunges. I guess I'll be focusing on upper body for the next few weeks.
Where's the ending? always try to improve, even if it's just a little, each single day❤️ (or something like that, my English is not good😅)
Hey muchachos can i have your workout plan for beginners? Can really appreciate it
Agree 100% ( spoiler alert Im doing it & it works ) it not Easy . You have to Know > rir/ split / Sleep / perodization + food is a big part
Mr Muchacho Sr, could you do a video on Recovery? LIke hydrotherapy exercises etc?
I train Monday - Saturday twice a day with Sundays off and it’s been great for me. I had to slowly build up to it though.
David Goggins says there's no such thing as over training. Just under resting/recovering.
Too bad I want to be nothing like him
@@Taophysique I never said you should be.
You couldn't be. There's only one Goggins.
It was just a different veiw on training and recovery. It's always interesting how people have different systems that work for them.
Like Dorian Yates doing HIT training then somebody like Kai Greene doing High Volume training but both still getting jacked.
There's people out there you'd think are definitely over training like Goggins, Ross Edgley and Cross fitters but then they are fine and smash events.
How many different pairs of Chucks do you have?
Bro I just saw your dating profile on a Snapchat blind date show
3:13 dude!!!! You scared the shit out of me!!! Nice acting and editing!!!
But you didn’t cover if you do rest, how long should you rest? Can I do push-ups and pull-ups every other day and keep a rest in between?
I do something physical 2-3 hours every day. The key is not doing strength training every single day. I alternate upper and lower body strength training mon-fri, then on the weekend I might do mobility training, movement training, cardio, or go for a long hike for a few hours. I never have nor do I want days where I just sit on my ass.
I workout everyday i trained chest and arm by doing pushups and towel curl but i dont get fatigue its just my personality
If I try to do 100 pull-ups a day but haven’t yet gotten to that number, but notice I used to do 5 reps before fatigue, but now I can do 8, is this a good metric to use for muscle growth?
Ma guy spoke pigeaun English😂. Bruh, u seriously need to consider speaking it in all ur vids😂
Personally I would cap it at 6 times a week. We all need a day to chill out. Fitness was never meant to engulf our lifestyle. It was meant to enhance it. At the same time, you could train every day as long as you’re smart with it. But just because you can, doesn’t necessarily always mean you should.
