I am pro helghan. But to say isa "commited" genocide after KZ 3 is not all true. To commit something is to have intention on what ever consequences happen after. When the means justifies the ends thats what would be genocidal. Launching a nuke at a cruiser that yes was ready to do genocide to others was just a way to get rid of it and stahl but not even stahl cared to consider a chemical reaction when enough radiated petrusite gets released into upper atmosphere. There was no way to know that in the 6 months or so since finding the first samples of radiopetrusite from the pyrrhis bomb
