Visari really was a true leader that kept the Helghast together. Without him, the Helghast are lost.
Orlock was the loyal Helghast admiral who wouldn't surrender to the ISA, but a slow and ineffective leader. Stahl was the groundbreaking industrialist and risk taking military genius, but an arrogant and bloodthirsty tyrant who looks after himself and other Helghast he deemed "worthy".
If Visari was alive, he wouldn't have them kill each other. He knew that without him, they would be pissed off and seeking vengeance to their killers and lose themselves in their rage. Hence why he said: "The Madness Begins..."
Better yet! If Radec survived and escaped after the final battle from Killzone 2 (seriously, what a terrible move to kill him off, he was awesome) Radec might've been able to use Stahl's weapons to it's FULL potential.
Radec killing himself makes sense because he’s a 110% percent fanatic and he once shot two soldiers for a uniform violation so Radec killing himself was him executing a Helghast who failed in their duty
TLDR Radec shot himself because he failed his mission of protecting Visari he was following his own rules
Even before dying, Visari himself admits that Helghan will fall should he die, and he predicted exactly as he said
That Hazmat trooper's voice is so professional.
So apparently, Visari was the only one making sure the Helghast didn’t start eating and destroying each other?
He says that himself at the end of 2.
He had the charisma and wisdom to keep his people united.
Saddest part in Killzone 3 -seeing the helghast turn on each other.
No this is the happiest part hahahaahah
@@guilhermehx7159 nah, I wanted the helghast to win, they deserved to be free from the hypocritical ISA.
@JM not really
Visari knew I think that without him that the Helghast Empire would crumble. Since we haven’t had anything after Shadow Fall we can’t really comment how Hera has managed.
you prolly dont care but if you're stoned like me during the covid times you can stream pretty much all the latest series on InstaFlixxer. Been binge watching with my gf recently =)
Hey RICO, in case you forgot, THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!
I agree if he didn't kill visari this wouldn't be happening right now
@kuwashi Orlock's only problem was that he was preoccupied proving himself to the Helghan Senate and besting Stahl. It was a matter of rivalry. But Stahl is a terrible leader in that he got his own homeworld completely nuked. Right after he set his own army in a battle against the military, the resulting confusion allowing the ISA to screw them all over and making it so much easier for the ISA to decimate what was left of the fleet. I liked his ambition, but he had too many screws loose.
admiral looks like stalin more than stahl does.
Actually, Admiral Orlock to my understanding was to be the Helghast version of Herman Goring and Karl Donitz, while Stahl was to be the Helghast version of Albert Speer and Joseph Goebbles.
@The Doge-Emperor of Dogekind The Austrian strongman you're referring to is Emperor Franz Josef, I believe. He was the Emperor of Austria-Hungary before and I think through half of WWI
stahl hadn't ever meant to kill admiral until that fight between them . but orlock fearing of being ruled out the power always had the desire to eliminate and kill Stahl. so he has some evil sides like stahl has. he never gives a second chance:)
"Get on your knees! YEEEEEEEEE!" 10:16
malcolm mcdowell such a talent, his voice is so threatening, wonderful actor!!
He voiced Mad Mod from Teen Titans.
@kuwashi The reason I see Orlock as a better leader is because he's a true patriot who isn't distracted solely by power. He'd NEVER risk the lives of his soldiers so wastefully like Stahl did, and had he been in charge of the invasion, it would have been orderly and successful. Stahl risked everyone's ass just to prove he deserved something that wasn't his, and got his entire planet nuked.
I must say that I like Stahl alot. He is a clever bastard
Orlock always had a plan and he was doing just fine it was fucking Stahl who decided to interrupt and question him every chance he got right up to making the Helghast fight amongst themselves and finally getting his home planet destroyed instead of doing what he was supposed to, the SMART thing, and sticking with Orlock's invasion plan. He jumped the gun to the point where he screwed them all over all because he wanted to be leader when he did not have the right and would've been TERRIBLE.
If they worked together and listened to Stahl sometimes, they would’ve been golden.
Rivalry of leaders is the downfall of any nation. Visari saw this and that is why he muttered “the madness begins” in the end of KZ2.
@@BadassName17 Yes, exactly, they should have worked together. Had Stahl not been a traitor, all of this catastrophe could have been avoided. But his and Orlock's goals were the same, the problem wasn't listening to Stahl, it was Stahl overstepping his bounds as a civilian in a war effort.
What I hate is how Stahl takes credit for Orlock's ideas and everyone sees him as smarter. Orlock was already negotiating with the Vektan government to lure the ISA into their clutches defenseless before Stahl blurted "Let's lure them all in one place!", and he WAS gonna invade Earth using ALL of Helghan's fleet when STAHL decided HE would invade Earth and then just kill them all THINKING this was a good idea but not knowing what he would be getting himself into with the colonies. What an idiot.
Yeah, but some of Stahl’s speech is 👌
@@cpt.cashfountain4912 Without a doubt. Malcolm McDowell has always been a brilliant orator and most of the Helghast dialogue's writing is fire. It's just a shame it's being delivered in-universe by a smug rich guy who knows nothing about strategy.
@MattyJPGreg The Helghast philosophy is basically "what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger." If the Helghast can evolve/adapt from that, all of humanity is fucked.
Stalh's crazies than Hilter on math, coke, and pills combined!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Saucepan.... I don't know how to tell you this.... Hitler was on all those things....
I know, so is more than 90% of the Helghast population probably (unless many more than we saw survived along with those two HAZMATs), thanks to His Chairmanship! LOL I'm good, I just don't see why everyone loves Stahl more than Orlock when he screwed his entire race over...
Those Helagn assasin, ninja like troopers with the new body armour are just so badass!.. love em!!...
And THAT is why the Helghast is an awesome force for the ISA to fight
@MattyJPGreg Here here. Orlock would have made a fine Autarch.
Well, he had a different style and philosophy than the other leaders, an Orlock just did poorly while Stahl always had a plan. Oh, and the best part is he lives. His men find him in an escape pod.
“Fuck ‘em” lmao.
Stahl really went for it when for he smacked the crap out him
When writing a Killzone game it's physically impossible to make the ISA a fraction as appealing, interesting and charismatic as the Helgast no matter how hard you try.
Helghans are rude, crude and foul, but goddamn they rule!
lol, the ISA army of 60 took out the whole hellghast fleet and planet
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!
1:13
Just the way he delivers this line!
Think if those armored guys were left handed much bigger advantage do research before you comment
I want a ship like Stahl's.
Me too. I love its' design. I bet it can beat Imperial star destroyers.
Ernest Wang idk
@@ernestw2474 It' the way smaller but better armored and faster.
@@boliwijskisprzedawcakapucynek I'm way too late but I believe it would need a few helghast arc cruisers to follow with it
Sev’s speech goes hard.
nice vid!!!
The Helghan fell apart when Visari was killed.
Narville looks like John Connor from T4 : Salvation ngl
No I think he meant math, its algebra that started WW2. :)
I like Ray Winstone's voice as the Admiral. He was way better as Beowulf though.
I would have never arrested stahl in person , or been at any meeting place organized by stahl in person
@Crossbones6732 He was the perfect Autarch. He was like Visari's son. And now he's dead. If only Radec had survived at least, then maybe Helghan would have a chance of succeeding. The odds are entirely against them now, however many of them survived STAHL'S nuke...
is it me or does the chairmans arms not match his body
3:55 to 4:50 is awesome.
Stahl is dead, man. Take it easy...
Stahlin
great coincidence, eh?
This what lead to shadowfall
10:26 yeee
I read all the comments below
Malcolm McDowell always plays a fun villain: look no further than Castlevania. But, I think we all prefer Raedec from KZ2
9:37 IMA FIRIN MA LAZER!
how the fuck did you even find that, that comment was a year ago
we did write the same thing dude:)
Did Admiral Orloch take over from Radec? Is he in a more powerful position?
Yes. Orlock is an *Admiral*, Radec was only a Colonel. He has higher commanding power.
Stahl didn't nuke the planet. Sev did. So...
Team Helghast = Chad
Team ISA = VIrgin
Just fax
preach it brotha
true chad: both
Both sides are bad
Kelly Clarkson XD
11:10 I like your thinking Sevche-chenko
🤣🤣🤣🤣
:D that's it. that's the best you have got hahahahaha aaaaaaaa:D
14:10 fuck em xD
MERCIA FUCK YEAHHH 6:20
@MattyJPGreg orlock sucked. dude couldn't even find the isa with the entire army while stalh found them with a small private army. stalh is a better leader
