Rafael é o unico cara que eu consigo ver explicar uma posição mais que 5 minutos pq TUDO que o cara fala tem sentido e valia e é oportuno ...aqui no Brasil tem uns prof doidão que tentam imitar mas a aula fica um LIXO no fim eh 1 hora de explicação 25 min de pratica 5 de rola + 30 min de papo no fim carencia da porra

Push forehead down hard , dont smash your face.
The forehead is also a balance point, just use it to pivot. Not the most comfortable but it works
