Jaron Abello I haven’t tried using regular milk but I’m pretty sure it will work. The coconut milk was just used to add some moisture to the fruit so it comes out creamy. Hope your family enjoys it.

I don’t know where to find it, there are so many recipes, but I tasted the Texas State Fair dole whip, and it was the most amazing thing. It was different than most dole whip recipes because it looked like it was vanilla ice cream, very white color. If anyone knows the recipe please share 😭 this one looks so good though.
Fun Fact. Disneyland dole whips are actually made from Dole soft serve powdered mix. You can buy the EXACT mix they use on Amazon. Better pick up an ice cream maker though....you'll need one of those. Cheers!

Looks just like it. I've been looking for a recipe for this for years and the coconut milk is what was missing from the one I tried because the ice cream needs that smooth consistency. Good job. I'll try it.

I used to work at Disney world. We would just make the powdered mix with some water and stick it in the fridge until we needed it then dump it in the machine. This looks a bit more challenging to make.
It's the best I could do without access to the mix that Disney uses. Plus this method is more natural.

The recipe I found called for a banana, powdered sugar and unsweetened coconut milk. Did you use unsweetened?
