Fat Biking Minnesota - Fat Bike Season is Here - Duluth, MN

It looks like we may actually have a season for fat biking in Northern Minnesota! Last year was a bust but this year is shaping up to be a little bit better. We don't have a deep snow base yet but I'm hoping we'll get there! Right now there's only a few inches of packed snow on most areas of the trails although there are some areas that have quite a bit more.
As you can see from the footage, the trails are riding pretty dang good! Still a little narrow as it looks like they've not had a chance to groom the trails yet but hopefully we'll get some more snow soon to build up the trails. Our ride was a little short, mainly as I had some stuff to do in the afternoon. We clicked off almost five miles at decent temperature of 24F. At one point I mention my tires and for some reason I mentioned Schwalbes. I'm actually running studded Terrene Cake Eaters on my Reeb Donkadonk.
