    General Rules:
    -normals can be buffered
    -specials can be buffered
    -jumps can be buffered
    -dodges/rolls can be buffered
    -control stick inputs can be buffered
    -control stick inputs can NOT be buffered on the ledge
    CAN be buffered OUT OF:
    -normals
    -specials
    -landing lag
    -ledge grab
    -rolls/spotdodge/airdodge
    -knockdown
    -knockdown roll
    -getup attack
    -hitstun
    -throws
    -grab release
    -post burrow animation
    -post inhale animation
    -tech
    -walljump
    -shieldbreak
    CAN NOT be buffered:
    shield
    stick input on ledge
    w/e to dash/pivot grab
    w/e to dash attack
    w/e to b-reversal
    w/e to perfect pivot
