Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hydrating Tint

I thought this product deserved a dedicated review after years of recommending it to friends.
Carli and I first tried the @neutrogena Hydro Boost Hydrating Tint when we first moved to LA 9 YEARS AGO. We really liked it but got distracted by new releases and quickly forgot about it. Fast forward to a few years ago when we both decided to revisit this product and immediately remembered why we loved it.
First of all, it’s affordable, which we all love. Secondly, the formula is really unique. It’s silicone-based and has a thick, moussy texture- so you might think it would look heavy on the skin. However, once you blend this out it melts into the skin in a way no other foundations do. It provides the perfect amount of light coverage and just looks like skin. If you set this it lasts all day and continues to look fresh.
I always have a backup if this product in hand because I’m so scared of it getting discontinued. Let us know if you’ve tried this!

I got this and HATED it. I put on my under eyes to sub for concealer and 9 hours later I have red spots, burns and VERY dry skin. Please don’t recommend this product.
