As a Middle Eastern idk about that 😂 Arab interiors are somewhat more traditional and less geometric and modern. I really like it though compared to all those grey apartments.

Great tour! Love the layout of this very spacious flat but the decor is not for me. So busy and dark. Each their own I suppose
Definitely see an oligarchy vibe across the whole apartment. You can tell the owner put a lot of thoughts and ideas into the reno but I'm not sure if the end result suits everyone, let alone prospective buyers looking at this price quantum.

The design looks a bit dated tbh for a modern apartment. The sink in the bathroom is disastrous, water splashes getting everywhere when you turned it on.

I've never been a fan of these combined-to-1 apartments because the architecture will inherit the original and its limitations as separate apartments and what you gain is size but not style.

Actually I don't like buildings anyway your neighbors leave the toaster on and you are the amount of people in your building times your chances of emergencies. That's a lot of unknown trust for lot of people that had to many drinks one night .
