🍞Ingredients
☘️ Chiffon cupcakes (can make 12 cupcakes)
3 Large eggs (60-65g/each with shell)
Vegetable oil 35g
Cake flour 50g
Caster sugar 35g
Condensed Milk 30g
Vanilla extract ½ tsp
☘️Vanilla Custard
1 large egg yolk
Caster sugar 15g
Vanilla extract ½ tsp
Corn flour 10g
Milk 90g
Unsalted butter 5g
☘️ Vanilla custard cream
Vanilla custard
Whipping cream 130g
Icing sugar 10g
☘️** Preheat oven to 135C/275F
** Bake at 135C/275F for 35 minutes, turn to 150C/300F and bake for 15 minutes
Please adjust the baking temperature and baking time according to the oven and the pan you use.

卡仕达酱和淡奶油最好温度差不多,否则会有机会出现颗粒

我用的就是CSR, 普通打发奶油我用的是Pure Icing sugar. 撒表面的用的是Soft icing mixture.

这个量如果6寸园模的话,会稍微多一点点,你试试可以用稍微小一点的鸡蛋,其他不变。 时间要加长
