I think this lead to the idea of that one star trek enterprise episode in season 3, where archer lost his ability to hold short term memory and the end of earth!
A true fan watching this episode would of figured when they saw the first clue, his supposed wife, she's really from the holodeck in season one when the Binarieans stole The Enterprise
I remember this episode. Riker is made to think he has 16 years worth of memory., and this whole situation was created by one desperately lonely little alien boy !!!
@@showstealer1829 yes, but the Romulans used Minuets picture for Rikers future wife. thats how he saw throught the ruse. he knew she isn't real, so it had to be some illusion to be honest, hard to believe Tomalak word make such a amateur mistake. but thats the only problem I have with the episode (wich gave us quite a bit meme material 😁)

Riker may have been able to feel some empathy for Barclay after this experience. When you don’t know the holograms aren’t real.
