Dolphin is a free and open-source video game console emulator for GameCube and Wii[27] that runs on Windows, Linux, MacOS, and Android.[28]

does someone know what setting to change to stop ur fps going from 30 fps to 15? it varies a lot. I can play the game when its 23-30fps but anything below is laggy. I have a s10 and im trying to run harvest moon tree of tranqility

Even though with high spec phones like Samsung s21 can perform on higher setting, it drain more power and possible burn up your cpu chip. Set it in low or medium setting. It's good for your battery and your phone life span otherwise your phone feels like AC adapter.
no even at 80c it wont burn up not at least for 4-5yrs by then phone makers expect you to upgrade or your battery gives out

I don't know why but setting the graphics on 4:3 (or 16:9 if you like but not auto) and enabling the widescreen hack stopped the lagging for me.
So have you found a fix for the goop in Mario sunshine? It doesn't damage Mario. There's a settings fix for PC but I can't find it on android
I have a sd 690 6 gb ram get most games to run smooth 60 fps with great 2x resolution but Mario Galaxy is the exception , it stutters enough to bother runs around 30-45 fps

My settings options for shader compilation mode say "specialized" and not "synchronous "? Is that just something they changed or am I doing something wrong

I play Battalion Wars 2 on my S20 with a Ps4 controller. Whenever I touch my screen (which the emulator registers as an IR touch), I am unable to use my controller (in which I configured the IR movements to my right thumbstick). This causes me, sometimes mid mission, to have to exit the game and relaunch. Is there a way to fix this

Try also holding the game you want to play, press edit game settings, and configure them with the setting you have setup for the over all app, you want to make sure the game and the app game and graphic settings are the same.

Twilight Princess started crashing with opengl after like 50% of the game but it runs with vulkan , although its laggy . Does anyone have any idea what to do to improve the performance?

OMG thank you so much! My Gamecube and Wii Animal Crossing games run so much better now! The Wii Animal Crossing has some slight audio stuttering, but it's not as bad as it was before!

How can I use my controller instead of touch display
One problem I have is not having the ability to see the game as I load up dolphin. I have to go into my files everytime in order to play the game so I can't edit the settings before playing.

How do you improve performance for Mario Karts Wii and Double Dash?
Just by using this settings, in my phone, they both run great. The performance is mostly device dependant tho, a Snapdragon 845 is the minimum recommended.

That's the thing with Emulation. Which makes it difficult to make these types of Videos. I try to stress it in every video. Sometimes something just won't work on your device. Or sometimes one setting will work on one device but not on another one.
