Great tutorial! If you mix dot colors in one package are they the same fragrance oil in different colors?
Good question! You could mix different flavours in one bag - I had a picture but can't post it here. I made green ones in our "Wild Sage & Bergamot" scent and then some "Lavender" scented ones that I coloured mauve. You could then put them in same bag as they are complementary aromas or bag them separately and encourage people to buy different flavours so they can mix and match their own!

Could this mold be used for bath bomb embeds? Are the dots small enough?
Yes I believe they could - they are about the size of "Smarties". You could make them with cocoa butter and then put them inside the bath bomb! I can't wait to try that!

As we don't have to worry about wicking (as for a burning candle), you can go to the higher end of the fragrance load recommended for your wax. I personally go with about 7-8% load (about 1.25oz per pound of wax - depending on the strength of the fragrance). Cheers!
