Lol all you had to do was kill 15 skill proxies in judiciary square. I got mine done in 2 CPs. Between sniper turrets and rc cars, it really took no time at all.
PS4 loading time is insanely bad .. when joining others for missions etc the loading screen to 100% crashes 2-5 times each time!! The devs should really fix this issue or the game is soon unplayable

@@AncientBert its the obselete hard drive. either upgrade to ssd or upgrade to ps5/xbox series x. obselete tech - still runs just useless slow
