in addition to this audis owners manual says floor the brake for at least 1 sec. Kay when you have LC its like revving the engine so its no problem but when you launch it does a tiny bit of damage to the clutch but thats almost nothing. Also audis owners manual says that after more LC in a row your gearbox can overheat so you have to wait and cool it down

Have my passat DSG B6 TDI launch control? It stops at 1500 rotations if i press the break and the gas in sport...
is not problem, the revs is programin for a best torq if you have a dieesel the maximun torq is in 1500 to 4500.
So does this work on The uk vw passat gt 1.6 TDI bluemotion or just the tsi?
I have a 2016 vw cc rline with the 2.0t, I dont have a sport suspension button. When I try using launch control it slips the clutch around 1200rpm amd stays there, doesn't go any higher. Not sure what I'm doing wrong and I dont wanna burn out the clutch

@@brunobartoli382 ended up tuning the car, and got launch control. The 2.0t cc’s were not equipped with LC from the factory
@@bummerbrooks3220 I had the same problem but I use integrated engineering to flash my DSG but it's still not launching
@@skybacon17 I had apr flash mine, you gotta hold down the brake hard and make sure traction control is off

In my Audi A3 2.0 TFSI RPM stop at only 1500 when the throttle is in the floor. Do you know why it's like that?

Doesn't work in my 2012 CC 2.0. It has a DSG (model 02E) with a wet clutch. Any ideas why?
Adam Underkofler has it got paddle shifters?
ADirtyPanda97 it didn't from factory (it had just tiptronic gear shifter). But I retrofitted the paddle shifter steering wheel and coded it with VCDS to enable the paddles. Maybe there is somewhere in the coding to enable LC, but I can't seem to find anything.

ADirtyPanda97 thanks for the info. I'm going to check VCDS again. I'm getting Eurodyne stage 2 soon, hopefully that'll enable it somehow
Adam Underkofler only 9 months late...but in my Audi you have to select sport mode, switch off traction control and stop start, then hold the brake and foot to the floor on the accelerator. Rpm goes up to 5000 and stays there until you let go of the brake. Sounds evil while it’s holding the revs

If you want to make a instruction video at least instruct correctly as oppose to saying just "floor it"
STEP 4.5. REV your engine to 3000 RPM and hold it there while having your foot still on the brakes
STEP 5.0. While still revving @ 3000 NOW let go of the brakes ...
You floor it because LC will limit your RPM. duh.
